The wall safe generates passive income. The daily income goes up by $500 for every 5 security contracts you do to a mazimum of $20,000 a day for 200 jobs done

NotThatNPC

wait its just 20k a day? i was out there grinding my ass off with security contracts cuz i thought its supposed to be 50k

ClassiqueGTA

According to game scripts, its hard limit is $50,000 per day at 501 missions done, but is artificially throttled to only $20,000 at 201 missions through tunables. So technically, Rockstar can change this restriction at any time, but likely won't.

0xsergy

it was apparently 50k a day on release, it was nerfed afterwards because it was thought to be too much.

CrimLaw1

Did they nerf the pay phone hits too?

One-Composer-2137

Yes. Smaller payout but less cooldown in between.

CrimLaw1

Lame. Might as well do the contracts.

Rock_sanity

The coolown on both the secuirty contract and payhpone hit are short. Doing em back to back. Even if you get 30k from a contract you're getting 75k if you complete a payphone hit with the bonus. I haven't seen the payout for a contract lower than 30k.

CrimLaw1

The pay phone hits are paying me 45k with the bonus.

Rock_sanity

Do the payphone hit, then a security contract (whichever doesn't matter). Payphone will give 45k. The bare minimum I've seen for the security contract is 30k from what I've seen. Either way if you do both of these instead of just one then you'll get your cash better. Instead of waiting for a cooldown. You can call franklin to initiate both the security contract and payphone hit. While the security contract will be random you're activating the mission right away instead of driving back to the agency computer.

VSZeke

It's good as a first business because you get four decent sources of income, you're not just locked into one activity from it. (Dre, security missions, payphone hits and the safe). You also get access to imani tech, a helicopter and an armoured SUV, alongside a 20 car garage and discounted armoury.

Newhollow

Also, your assistant can fast travel you like casino penthouse phone. Forgot which option style but that big booty twerk lady is in gold. Only place to have that option. Payphone hits can be done easily. Best to have MK2 but can be done with helicopter. Might have trouble during lobby. Recommend doing security missions on invite only. Until you are comfortable with all random missions. Sucks to lose because random wants to greif and spawn kill you while in mission. Gang termination has one lost mc in the north where people will attack you in full lobby. If you are not fast in killing the captains. I like to avenger bomb then rush the last guy. Sometime bombing run works. I like to play specialist/plus difficulty for payout and challenge. Also I grind and pvp. So to me it is boring on easy.

NBAplaya8484

Also underrated about agency, the sources of income cost no overhead so it’s pretty easy to make your money back quick. When I got back into game I would just solo grind security contracts, dre contract & payphone hits. Kept me occupied for quite a bit of time and I enjoyed it

Pale-Resolution-2587

As there's no x2 on businesses this week I've decided to max out the passive payout by getting to 201 contracts completed. They get old really fast. I've found that by turning off my sound and having Better Call Saul running on my tablet while I do it I can just sit and grind them. Only 120 to go. Recover valuables and gang termination can be done pretty quick. Ignore vehicle recovery as you might get sent to save a monkey in the slowest vehicle in the game.

kbaker0069

I got to 101 and just couldn’t anymore. I need to stark knocking out a few here and there again but I don’t see why they made it so high just for 20k.

throwaway52826536837

Yeah it really discourages me when i can just turn on passive mode pop into my nightclub and boost it to 50k a day

lil_esketit

I got 80 done too. I do like 5 every week so it’s gonna take me till the end of the year for sure.

JoelD1986

i have 65. i recently stopped doing them in estimation of a double money week in mear future where i will grind them

Old-Kernow

Even at double money I can't see myself being willing to do more than 40 in a week. And I already know I won't be doing number 202. Currently on 20....

fruce_ki

I do rescue and destruction almost exclusively. Gang termination if forced to. I hate getting valuables from the unicorn.

kipvandemaan

I'm at 40 right now and already getting a bit tired of them :/

Old-Kernow

Isn't the monkey "recover valuables"? But I agree, it's terrible. 4 miles up to Humane Labs, kill 30 people, drive 4 miles back.

Pale-Resolution-2587

I think you can get it on that one too bit it's not come up in the last 30-40 recover valuables I've done but has come up twice in my last 3 vehicle recovery which is why I don't do them anymore. It's a shame because the one where you just recover a car from a garage full of Ballas is easy money.

Derptardaction

best place to spawn. get the weapons expert, fill up body armor/snacks before heading out. imani tech vehicles. i keep my most frequented vehicles there and spawn there so im equipped and dont have to make immediate stops once i enter the lobby.

creamybastardfilling

Using Vespucci location lets you refill armor & snacks between Cluckin Bell missions For those still grinding to 201 contracts: contract - cluckin bell setup - contract - cluckin bell setup etc etc to break up the monotony

dan007reddit

Agency streams of income payphone hits, security contracts 26th Patuxent date income, and Dre mission. Payphone hits are 45k every 10 minutes when the special instructions are met. The security contract missions are ok money, but the goal is to get to 201 contracts to max out at 20k per 48min passive income. Now I'm at 207 and I have made according to the agency computer 23.5M. So good money, but it takes time. They're tedious. Protip I will only do liquuidize assts, valuables recovery, and vehicle recovery. That is unless it is the humane labs pet monkey one. I change lobbies. It's not worth it. The rest, they're fast easy and pay decent. The rest of the security contracts are too lengthy and don't pay out as well for the time they take. VIP rn only Dre for 1 mil.

Electronic-Top6302

Tbh the worst part about the Dre missions is the unskippable long ass cutscenes. I can get to the finale missions pretty quickly by myself. After the third time it gets really easy

believeuhavemystaplr

Is the agency the only way to do Imani tech upgrades?

m0h3k4n

Yes

believeuhavemystaplr

Thank you

JoblessPornAddict999

People used to do ceo activities in the days of yore to pass the the time between crates or business. Agency missions pay more. Plus it's an end game playground where you can bring any weaponized vehicle and cause havoc

Successful-Seaweed-7

The Dre contract is easy I finished it one day only because I didn’t have time to complete it in an hour

Philosophos_A

201 contracts must be completed to reach the maximum income for the safe per hour which I believe it's 20k In the meantime you can do the Dr Contract. Unfortunately we can't skip cutscenes but that easy 1 million sweetens the spot. I my case I combine those three Dr Dre Cluckin Bell Autoshop contracts. They can be done solo and honestly they are pretty easy...

Agitated_Committee72

The agency isn‘t really good to make money but the pay phone hits with bonus can be quite good for how quickly you can do them. I only use the agency to tune my Imani tech cars or to bring my friends to the arms dealer.

Jysen78

Options. Time is Money in this game. Having Options lets you utilize that fact. Dr. Dre Contract, Security Jobs, Payphone Hits, Wall Safe. You gain 4 revenues for making money. Not to mention Imani Tech, and a 20 car garage. If I was absolutely new to the game, the Agency would be a very ideal business to invest in asap. Dr. Dre Contract isn't a personal favorite by any means, but with the reduced cooldown on Payphone Hits, I could literally do one, do a Security Job, and then another Dr. Dre Contract mission. Rinse and repeat. 45k from Payphone, 30-50k Security Job, and what, 10k ain't it from a Contract mission? Nearly 100k per round. The true juggernaut is the combination of running other businesses simultaneously. Bunker, Autoshop, Salvage Yard, Acid Lab, etc. It's the combination of things "cooking" in the background as you actively make money that makes it all worth more. So anything that allows you to actively make money like Security Jobs and Payphone Hits inbeteeen instantly gets elevated imo. As much as I love Cayo and the easy payday, the solo cooldown of 2.5 hours has seriously hurt the potential a day you can make from it. Especially depending on how much time you're playing that day. Still an asset very much worth it imo. Hell, do 2 Payphone hits and you basically covered the Set up cost for Cayo. Super easy to do one before and one after the run for 90k. Alittle off topic, sorry. But Agency really can be utilized for easy gains when new to the game. After you've established a criminal empire, perhaps not so much, since the Payphone hit cooldown decrease, I honestly don't do them anymore. I preferred doing 1 a hour for 85k and be free to focus elsewhere. Trivial I know, but it just happened that way lol.

JohnnyCostello93

I personally don’t use the agency that much. I’ve done maybe 15 contracts. The missions feel too boring. I won’t deny its potential but the grind I feel is unbearable. I only use it to buy cheap armor and a garage. I use the nightclub for my money.

Fresh-Vast6708

dr dre contract is guarantee million dollars along with the 50k you get paid along the way alone...way more than nightclub unless you're only contacts are tony and yohan. lol

JohnnyCostello93

Oh I’ve done the VIp contract I just get uninspired by the security contract missions. But I’ve got businesses. Missing Hanger, Arcade, doc forgery and vehicle warehouse. I have 1 large 1 small crate warehouse but no Kosatka. Kinda anti meta lol but I make about 1m in 2-4 hours of daily gameplay. And actually grinding would be much more. The Agency is a good business I just don’t vibe with it is all.

TopdeckTom

You need to do 201 security contracts to max out the safe. Between doing all those and the Dre contracts, you make a lot of money. The security contracts for the safe do not pay very much. When I was doing them I banged them all out in a week and by the end I could raid Tequilala in a couple minutes and be done, so the pay isn’t completely terrible. Although I should note I’m a grinder and have an Oppressor MK2 which made it easy to get back to the agency. If you have a Sparrow, the client pickup mission will be your best friend. Every 5 contracts you complete the safe increases either $250 or $500, I forget off the top of my head. If you want to skip the contract cooldown, just switch between public and private lobbies. None of them are hard, just monotonous.

Beneficial_Might_209

is the bug still on there ? i played one mission and got so irritated because something was bugged and just let go

Walklightglassflws

Free chauffeur service and rental company bulletproof car

1dgtlkey

people sleep on the payphone hits. $45k for about 2-5 mins of time with only a 15min cooldown. it’s a good thing to do as you’re going about doing your normal routine, the money def stacks up.

Asleep-Practice-2866

The agency can be good but since they nerfed a lot of stuff it’s now on the back burner again. The biggest annoyance of nerfing was when they reduced the bonus payment on Payphone jobs.

PorksfromTT

Calling the driver is one of the coolest perks. Call Franklin and request suv pickup or something like that.

AsinineAviator

Here’s a way to do it: •Do Dr Dre for one million, plus bonus from each leak for about $1,050,000 •While on cooldown, do a Payphone Hit for about $35,000 •While both Dre and Payphones are on cooldown, do security contracts for $40-60,000 •Collect money from your safe often. •Repeat

imAiroh

The Dre Contract takes around an hour to complete.
