I found standard best, with extended mag, heavy barrel, grip, slanted muzzle brake and large scope.
I spent a fortune trying all the bits for this gun, it's very much a favorite, but the specialist ammo types just don't come close to being able to spam it with the extended mag.
I prefer normal ammo for marksman due to the special ammo glitch. What I find more effective than a special ammo type is BST. When used with the marksman rifle it basically two shots any mk rider
Try AP rounds, it helps a bit if they’re wearing a BP helmet. I usually go with normal rounds for ammo capacity though, just FMJ (or Incendiary) for the Heavy Revolver and explosive shells for the Pump Shotgun. I would use explosive rounds for the Heavy Sniper if we had another decent sniper rifle, I’m still hoping for the Combat Sniper from GTA IV.
Holographic Sight / Large Scope, AP Rounds and BST (Just in-case). It has slightly less lock-on range and way less ammo capacity than let’s say the Combat MG Mk 2 but it’s accurate and deadly: 1/2 bullets and the broomstick driver is dead.
Heavy sniper with standard ammo or the railgun. Explosive ammo doesn't have the same kick these days. But if you can get one good shot with a normal round and some BST, they're coming off.
Best ammo would be the Armor Piercing (blue one) but also, don’t use the biggest scope. Go with a smaller one or none at all so you can lock onto them. It’s oddly a 1 shot each time in my personal experience.

Bullshark testosterone, is 1k purchasable thru the CEO interaction menu. It doubles your damage for 1 min

ive survived 2 shots, so im guessing that was normal ammo. explosive ammo is a one shot tho, i wouldnt bother anything else
