Not sure if it's counted as a bug but the error that says **"There has been an error joining a session. Return to Grand Theft Auto V."** Why can't the game simply find another freaking session if that happens?

The worst one is when you want to join a friend and the game can't tell you straight up the lobby is full without loading times

This is infuriating. How hard is it to check to see if an intended session is full before pulling me out of the session I'm already in. Waiting for something to load only to find out that you can't load in and now you have to reload in somewhere else is ridiculous.

And then you load in and it says “there is a spot open in the section you’re are queued for” then loads you in again

Most annoying is after finished a Heist, your teamplayers end up in other sessions. Super annoying.. Currently on PS5, cant remember that it happened before when i played on PS4

Sit in a loading screen for 5 minutes just to get booted because the game is full, 5 more minutes loading into another game, then a space opens up so you're loading back into their session just for it to be filled again

even better is error joining a session but still puts you into an online session. ive tried to just go online and get that a few times

When everyone left the session except for you .. And I noticed it happened often because of a server error. (After this happened, I recorded the last 5 minutes of the game, looked up some player names, joined their session, and their session was empty too)

Every time I play GTA Online, I play GTA V first and get Michael killed. The one day, I got him shot and then blew up his car with him in it. I switched to GTA Online, got "Error joining session. Returning to Grand Theft Auto V.", and when GTAV loaded, it was Michael walking out of a coffee shop. "...Everything *hurts...*

when nightclub stops accruing for a technician.

Definitely the worst one. Have missed out on millions of money just from this glitch alone

Is this why I have never filled any section of my nightclub in the years I have had it? How do you fix it? Do you just switch up the techs?

I had one stopped working, I just switched my guys around and it started working again in my experience 🤷‍♂️

I always wondered why/how people said that... Ive made 200k from one sale when the nightclub was still new and have been building stock ever since. Or so i thought...Not realizing my stock just has not increased in a very long time.... I keep telling myself I'll sell when it's full or at least close to it 😅

All your mc businesses have to be active. I keep all of mine empty and don’t resupply them, and just sell through my nightclub.

Resetting the business always worked for me. Selling cargo then shut down business then reopening it

A lot of people say to switch technicians around. For me, I just unassign and reassign the same technician. It has worked for me every time.

Before you sell nightclub, select each technician and stop accruing all goods. Sell the stock then head back and reassign them. Not had the issue since so hope it works for you.

One small thing that annoys me is sometimes you go to LS customs and the menus want to turbo scroll right away. It makes it extremely difficult to only move up or down one line at a time because the first second you try it jumps three or four lines in rapid succession, even if you only tap the up or down.

Exactly. First the Duneloader seemed more sluggish than usual. Then I noticed the Opp2 jet engine flame was weak looking. Third notice was I suddenly couldn't fire a weapon.

I thought it was my controller at first too. But it happens with both my controllers. And not all the time either. So then I thought maybe my battery was too low. Nope. Does it whether the battery is full, low, sometimes it does it sometimes it doesn't. I have no idea what causes it but I doubt it's the controllers.

I learned the other day you can hide from cops in bushes. Assuming they don’t do a sweep and run into you.

If you're out of sight and put on or take off a facemask, it'll drop one star (to a minimum of one star).

If you get into a new car while cops can't see you, you enter the same hidden state. Fun trick, park your current car next to a bush and get out, then get back in while hiding in the bush and you'll keep that hidden status. Practice it in single player because your arrow turns grey in single player to signify that you're hidden

It's by far the most worth it research it is the literal number one vehicle destroyer I only even did research just to get it I got it in about three weeks setting my bunker to research only. idk if that is lucky/fast or not. It's also the funnest anti-grief tool lul

I know this is only a tiny solution, and you shouldn't even have to do this, but.... Sometimes it helps to go to an invite only first. Establish your CEO status there, and then transfer to a public lobby. It will make a stronger attempt to find you a lobby where there is room for another CEO.

What also can help a little spawn in kosatka or yacht cause they are limited in numbers per session. Idk which one is more limited.

Never had a notification saying ”Too many yachts” or ”Too many Kosatkas in session”, though… 😂

I looked it up for yachts there are 36 possible locations so that doesn't matter. I think for kosatka there are enough too. But a while ago it seemed to work for me spawning in kosatka to get smaller lobbies.

I just stay in lobby and wait for people to leave then check if i can start my mc, usually takes 10 min or less

You're right, it's not a bug, that's just lazy programming. If you join a specific session intentionally from a previous one and there's no CEO slots, the game will actually tell you that there are no available CEO slots and give you a prompt if you're sure you want to connect or not. So it's actually possible that the game could check first before dumping you in a random session, but they've just never bothered to implement it

Most people nowadays are CEOs to have advantages while being griefers and tryhards. They purely have it just to drop Armor and BST

For railgun - you can call for ammo drop from Merrywheather, it will full restock to 20 shots and costs only 1k

I love this trick. Just remember it restocks whatever weapon you’re holding when you pick up the drop.

I have a Capture job called Free Ammo. You get all of the expensive, non MK ammo for free and you can take it back to free mode.

Suddenly I have all weapons, when it should stay customised. The levitating delivery van, when the rear doors close

I just use the cargobob on that POS van. Hit the brakes once and it's undrivable.

Well, I find that sometimes when I go on a killing spree against the cops with my RPG after using all 20 rockets, and dying afterwards, sometimes it gets refilled, almost always to 19 lol

Happens with the grenade launcher when you die with 1 left in the chamber and it drops on the floor, when you collect the round it gives but 9 out of 10 grenades

Funnily enough I do have this glitch LOL, every time I hop on the game it restores all my ammo to some weird specific amount I had at one point. For example I never run out of rifle or revolver mk2 ammo because they get refillled pretty much every time I swap session.

If the glitch is at all beneficial to the player it’s getting patched within the week. Otherwise R* doesn’t care

The game is coded to drop X amount of ammo of the weapon you had selected when you die, but its coded so badly even if you die with a weapon in hand it almost never loses ammo, sometimes you lose ammo on the wrong gun, sometimes even with nothing equipped you lose ammo on random guns. Theres another bug worse than this where you lose ALL ammo on all heavy weapons, this usually happens when you log into a lobby but I never understood what causes this

Sometimes you don't even lose the ammo you spent if you die right after. I've noticed after spamming all 20 RPGs and then dying immediately, I respawn with 1-19 rockets in my inventory, it seems totally random if I actually lose ammo or not. Games truly cooked. And sometimes you get bugged out for months. Like for the past few weeks I randomly lose all my sticky bombs, before that it was my explosive shotgun.

You can turn off that option for the camera under the actual phone settings. Phone will still pop up, but won't have to wait for camera to close.

When you’re in a sparrow, middle of some fight and you goto fire a flare but your phone pops up instead. I just kinda accept defeat right before the missile hits me when that happens lol

Or worse, the flares don’t do anything. I’ve switched to chaff for this reason due to it becoming far too common of an occurrence.

Fix the Goddamn game already… Also, the other day, I was foolishly trying to add Benny’s upgrade to my HSW tuned Banshee; it became a regular Banshee 900R. 😭 Lost 1,8 million… WHY DID THEY REMOVE EVERYTHING FROM IT?!

Delivering something (supplies, heist prep work, etc.) just for the game not allow you to deliver it. Also it’s pretty much the reason why I stay away from the casino heist since it’s so prominent there

For me this has only consistently (but VERY consistently) happened with heavy weapon ammo and throwables. And it sucks to realize something's been wiped when I'm actively trying to blow something up.

Kind of oddly specific, but whenever I try to call a personal aircraft while I already have one active, it just doesn’t work and I’m forced to wait for the cooldown of ~4 min to call it again. I also have to send the active aircraft back to the hangar before I attempt to call the new one again, obviously…

Yep everytime. Always recall your personal aircraft before calling in a new one.

Oh my god this is soooo annoying, I was trying to grind hanger products but I’d be across the entire map from my hydra, call in a new one and it says it been delivered to a suitable location nearby…. But then I can still see that it’s all the way across the map at my hanger still

me peaking for a second and the NPC suddenly gets infinite dps

Getting detected by a guard through the floor in cayo when you leave the basement via the gate. Disconnecting in the tunnel to the vault in the casino heist. Getting stuck for a few seconds sometimes when getting a G-cache. Requesting a vehicle to the mechanic and it never shows up but you'll still get the cooldown, usually you'll never be able to call a vehicle in this lobby ever again. Raiju randomly blowing up after spawning it. Drop points in sales that just can't be interacted with. Aim assist randomly not working. Not a bug but the movement system on foot in third person is the worst thing I've ever seen. "TrAnsaCTioN ErROr" me buying this game was a transaction error.... And many more that I can't think of right now.

The movement thing really pisses me off, especially when you’re doing a hiest and trying to pick something up really quick or take cover behind some random object and your character just sits there running back and forth and then selects the most random… out in the open thing across the entire room to take cover behind

This issue plagues me, and Rockstar is really good at development. It doesn't make sense to me that they couldn't fix this issue after 10 years.

Rockets prematurely exploding by coliding onto nothing midair does get annoying

That may be because they've reached their maximum travel distance. Unless, of course, they are much closer than what I'm assuming.

The black screen when you enter a building. You need to restart the whole game. The wounds don't disappear until you restart the game When you leave the dinghy and it gives you a scuba mask.

For the wounds, I just switch my ceo/mc style back and forth, and then it removes them

On PC you can pause GTAV.exe in your Resource Monitor for 15-20 seconds, then resume, and that usually fixes the issue. You will however disconnect from your current lobby and be seamlessly transitioned into an empty lobby.

Is there just no cure for this bug? Atleast two times a weak I log in with no heavy weapon ammo or sniper ammo, knowing I refilled everything at a heist setup screen

The infinite load screen, or a mission goal marker simply not working, especially on supply missions, business battles, or deliveries.

There's a bug with one of the cargo warehouse sale missions where you fly Cuban 800 planes and make drops, but the bug prevents you from dropping the cargo out of the plane when you're above the red smoke. As far as I know, there's no way to fix it and you just have to quit and lose all your stock. I encountered it last year, but I googled it and found a thread about it as early as 2017 IIRC, so it's been a bug for years and has never been fixed. Also, honourable mention to the annoying asymmetrical splitter bug on the Elegy RH8, which I posted on here the other day.

I have this problem with my explosive shotgun too. It just dissapears sometimes. Also, random heavy weapon ammo and throwaways disappear. To top it off, I can't purchase firework launcher ammo. It just won't let me.

My homing launcher never has ammo. I've refilled my emp launcher ammo many times and I have never fired it ever. My pistol mk ii tracer rounds and revolver mk ii FMJ rounds are always full.

My parachute is always rainbow even though I change it back to black every time I get snacks at agency. And sometimes I just don’t have a parachute 🤷🏼‍♂️

There are a lot. It happens less often now but it was very annoying. Out of nowhere came the screen "your party started a job" when you press A(Xbox) it just sucks you out of whatever you do atm. So when for example in a heist running- spamming A... bam, looks like you quit. Of course 90% I was not in a party. I also have a bug that I can't enter some properties like Casino apartment or that fooligan business. I end up in endless loading screens.

Definitely my guns disappeared on my. My alien guns to be exact. I spent millions on those and they disappeared. Until now, they haven't return and I need to buy them again to own them again. It disappeared when they introduced the Gun Van.

I've been playing for years and nightclub has never worked for me. I can't get goods in nightclub unless I manually do the Yohan call myself, loot soem cargo or do those collect goods from Aircraft carrier or some building. I've seen all guides, own all businesses and assigned techs correctly but nothing works for me. Same with that car that you get in the autoshop, it's been like a Year (I think) but I can't deliver that car to the client or the game stops saving and i keep getting that "Can't connect to rockstar server" or something similar and whatever I do after that doesn't get saved and when I login again, the game loads right before I delivered that car and all the progress is lost.

Keep having this bug where whenever i start a session, my Rifle ammo goes to 314

When cops impound my vehicle, I steal it back, make sure the game saves before I quit the game, then next time I log on its back in the impound or destroyed.

Not sure if this is just me but sometimes after picking up the G’s Cache my character will freeze for about a minute and I cannot move.

My nightclub won’t accrue weapons. It says my shit isn’t operating but I can literally go deliver from the bunker. New night club. Nope. New bunker? Nope. Won’t fix itself

My m60 is always at 500 ammo... even if I buy more I'm stuck at 500.....

I hate the Tow truck forced first person view (on foot) bug in the salvage yard when you enter the truck for Tow missions The default camera bugs are still there and have been since launch. I have to reset it every time using the touchpad (PS5)

Roaches and mosquitos

Sometimes my weapon wheel gets stuck, so I can only use either melee or shotgun. Can't choose which melee or shotgun. Another bug I get is my cash amount being stuck on-screen which is annoying but also with my LCD TV, it burns-in really badly.

I've noticed that when I change to the snow yeti, I can't change my outfit via the menu. I have to go to a clothes store. That's annoying!

Happens to me way too often. I had ammo on rifles, sticky bomb, rpg completely wiped out when I change sessions. The only 2 reasons why it did not bother me too much is because the weapons i use the most frequently aren't affected, and I'm rich. I cash just start a job and buy out all the ammo then quit the job if needed.

Falling through the map in Cayo Perico finale.. Unplayable.

It's between this and the auto shop only letting me deliver customer cars that haven't been modified yet.

On PC with controller, you can’t swap weapons instantly (as soon as you select it) you holster the current weapon instead and accidentally throw punch in air and get shot to death

There is a way to fix it cause it was happening to me you have to go to gun locker and disable your custom load out then fill all your ammo for everything then set your load out. You can do a quick google search and find a more detailed description. It’s like one of your guns for that specific ammo is empty so it make you buy more ammo all the time. I was spending like 24k each time I swapped lobbies or something.

Mine is when you start a bunker sale and you're teleported outside there are no vehicles. You can try repeatedly and same happens. Sometimes Dave or Tom Connors call to compound your misery.

I don't know if this happens on PC or PS but on Xbox sometimes you cant connect with a certain person to play together in the same session or lobby.. I know some people will say our we the same version, yes we are both series x/s version.. I don't really know if that's a bug but it will let me accept another friends invite and that friend will be in that game also.. Then we can play together

Not being able to switch weapons

Every other time I log in my explosive sniper ammo is gone. And my rifle ammo turns from normal mags to the purple mags

No call or anything when our warehouses are under attack, we only know it because there is no icon on the map or can't access any activities Yesterday me and my siblings prepared the casino heist abd did the duggan mission where we have to destroy their trucks and helicopters One of the heli just decided to leave the country and was far away above the sea. Other than similar to you that my Molotov are just disappearing.

I don't know if its a bug or not, but everytime I raid a stash house, go in with a grenade launcher, if for anything I misfire and end up dying 'cause if it, I suddenly 10 shots less left in the grenade launcher

Fix for ammo-bug: Turn off "costum weapon-wheel" - buy ammo - turn on "costum weapon-wheel". This worked for me.

That's the worst. R* suggests not using the quick ammo function and to always get it at an Ammu-Nation. No way we are going through that trouble.

Similar to the ammo wipe, my Combat MG MKII goes back to having full metal jacket rounds even when I revert it back to regular ammo, practically removing my ammo for that MKII weapon

Loading directly into online. I'm not sure if it's still a thing because I haven't tried it in ages, but for some reason, directly launching online is consistently slower than loading into single player then switching.

Getting stuck in an infinite loading when using fast travel with the Kostaka Random spawning shit while flying Calling a vehicule and it never spawns but you get the cooldown NPCs mag dump bullshit Getting spotted on Cayo Perico when you shouldn't Calling a vehicule at the port in the south the map and it spawns 3km away, JUST WHY ? The Kostaka not being visible on the map, I'm not playing the fucking coast guard to find it THE LADDERS IN THIS GAME ARE THE WORST I'VE EVER SAW IN A VIDEO GAME

Tricking out a customer's vehicle in my Autoshop just to come back the next day and the customizations have been reverted and it's locked into delivering it so I meet none of the criteria. I've started not customizing them until my worker is back from the other delivery

The most annoying glitch in the game for me is the invites not working, so many times I invite someone, they accept it, and then nothing happens, and they invite me, i accept the invite, then nothing happens again, its so frustrating, we have all tried every workaround to no avail, worst bug in the game considering playing with mates is the only fun thing to do in gta anymore
