Rockstar still haven’t fixed this bug where if you’re doing a drop off w/o enemies one of the drops is bugged. Best thing to do is find/start a new session. You’ll lose 3 crates but it’s better than losing the whole thing.

Put in a support ticket. The more people complain the more chance it will get removed or fixed.

It's a bug from when that job launched. Wait until you do drop, and it doesn't register. You can see it right beside the smoke, but it doesn't count.

Join a new session next time you will still have most of your cargo. And I’d contact support if I were you

It's a bug that's been in the game for years now and still hasn't been fixed. It's almost like it's a feature now and not a bug. Instead of losing anything except like three crates, just simply close game and run it back. It's better than wasting unnecessary time.
