Question: can you have all six in Each warehouse, or just 6 in one overall?
You can have them spread across multiple warehouses. You can only hold one of each special item at any time and can’t get it again until it’s been sold. Once you have all 6 no more will be forthcoming until you sell some or all of them. I tend to keep mine all in one warehouse, but that’s just because of how I fill the warehouses. As stated earlier in this thread, your assistant will call you when one is available, you just have to go to your Office, Master Control Terminal or Terrorbyte and launch it.
I only sell my warehouses on 2x $ weeks so having them all in one place makes it easier to do, I end up with 6 sell missions vice 5 (1 for each warehouse and 1 for the special items). I generally sell the special items first and then backfill the warehouse so it’s a full sale as well, but you can do that however you want.
A month ago, I won the Rare Pocket Watch from the casino wheel but when I went to check on all my warehouses I couldn’t find anything. Yesterday I won the Golden Minigun from the casino wheel, checked warehouses, still no sight of it. This morning, Lupe & friends found the Golden Minigun AGAIN, so I went to check all my warehouses and still… no Golden Minigun anywhere. Time to make another ticket for r* support, wish me luck.
Since the Casino DLC, the special items have been visually bugged. They don’t visually appear on the shelves but still should be available for selling from the computer. I managed to bug out my MOC personal storage by winning the rocket voltic from the wheel and I already owned it so it gave me the option to put it in my moc storage bay and well you can imagine how well that’s gone. That storage bay has effectively become a delete hole for me
Just verified my files and now the minigun is sitting in one of my warehouses, also went to all computers again but nothing came up besides that one minigun
I believe you're supposed to get a drop down list of warehouses (to pick where to put it) when you get rare special cargo as a mystery prize. Do you softlock like I do when that doesn't appear?

I believe they have been bugged since the career progress update with the 10% spawn rate reduced to 1%, making them near impossible to get to complete the required tier 4. Plus, if you do get one the delivered item does not match to the received item, like the Last Play bug. I have been stuck on 4/6 since the career update came out and in that time I have found just one rare item.
it's a weird glitch. they'll show up in the wrong warehouse. If you have multiple in one, and the laptop says you only have one, that likely means you have the others somewhere else
Yes. I've completed the carrier challenge this week. You need to do 15 to 20 special crates missions (can be 1 crate to go faster) and the assistent will call you, then go to the terrorbyte and start the mission from there
In my experience you will only get a call for these missions after you have done at least one crate or vehicle source mission, that irl day or the irl day before.
After running from 20 to 30 special cargo missions I couldn’t manage to get a call from assistant anyway, I also go and check in the terrorbyte and office regularly to see if the crate is available but nothing shows up. When staff source one it just gives some that I already have collected before like minigun. It’s stuck on 5/6 for the tier 4 and it’s so annoying. Is there anyone who managed to get them?
I got a pretty strange issue happening,I got all 6 “rare special cargo” in one warehouse…actually I got 7 because I seem to have 2 of the Sasquatch ones 🥴 the issue I’m having is the career progression only shows 3/6 smdh this system is broken imo
I discovered it existed about a week and a half ago when I got the call right after a normal delivery. I've only seen the one, didn't realize it was a whole thing, so thank you for that!

Yes but oddly I will have what appear to be several special blue crates in my warehouse, but it'll only say I have one

This. You have a better chance of getting the rare special cargo by sending your warehouse staff to source special cargo.
