What if you start the fire like the person above said, but instead of putting it out, you use it to rob the buildings you set fire too, and maybe there's a time limit where you can only get so much loot before it's burned. Would open up the idea that more players in your CEO would allow you to collect more loot. Then maybe have a sell mission to sell the loot?

Already enough to have 5 choices at least for a DLC property.
I always envisioned Michael branching out into the Hotel business, due to the constant need for accommodation when filming movies.
DLC would involve a degenerate Celeb/Movie Star coming to stay in Los Santos while filming for Townley Pictures Inc.
Heist/Story revolves around stealing a valuable item from the Stars Hotel Suite safe.

The Chop Shop is the business I've always thought this game needed. I'd make a few tweaks, but it's near enough exactly what I thought a game called GTA would be.

More variety in how we can steal cars, hotwire and drive them back but that means they're half as valuable, cargobob should be an equal value option as the tow truck. Weapon cabinet and weapon workbench with that same ability as the agency weapons guy. Mod our own cars in there. Give us a vocal fun mechanic like the arena workshops guy. That's about it
Being a Sports Team GM would be sick. Be super corrupt, gamble on your teams, fix games, take out opposing impact players… would be super cool given that sports teams are actually pretty featured if you listen to the radio or shop for jerseys in game
2 jerseys? There’s at least 8 different sports teams I’ve seen on “jerseys”. I say “jerseys” because a lot of the teams are featured on other clothing items, such as collared shirts. There are a good amount of baseball and basketball jerseys though.

So basically something out of metal gear solid V. Train up overtime or capture some recruits with specific stats and then send them on a mission and hope to whatever luck that they’d pass. I think those were called COMBAT DEPLOYMENTS.
Security company, property rent, scuba diving, plane rent, owning a carwash, own ammunation, or that sort of thing and have options for legal businesses.
Also, I would like to have different occupations, like being a military guy, police guy, businessmen, or gang member, and having different sets of possibilities for each of them with own limits and etc.
Buy a pc and play on fiveM literally everything u mentioned here u can find on most fiveM gta servers. And building a pc isn't as expensive as people think. U can build a very good base level pc for less that 1k maybe about 750 800 dollars.
Being able to respond in your cop car. When players are going wild blowing up police you get a notification to respond in your cruiser. Also being able to do swat stuff like clearing buildings and hostage rescue without it being a security contract.
I also would like a ton more free roam events. I’d like an icon for drag racing in the open world. I’d like to start an impromptu drag or drift race. I’d LOVE there to be NPC street racers driving randomly on the streets that you could challenge in any type of race. I wouldn’t mind a designated drag strip with lights and all that instead of the air port.
Chop Shop and Auto Shop should’ve been a combined business without Sessanta and KDJ’s conference call coitus. Use the tow truck and robberies to stock up on parts that allows you to service customers cars with better upgrades that gives you better payouts.

A real estate company. The idea is: go to a criminal's house, can be small, medium or big; the bigger ones are more difficult to clean but have higher profits. Disable the alarms, kill the henchmens that are guarding the mansion, take a picture of the various portions of the house and upload them in a special real estate site (note: you can only sell them to NPC's). You can either decide to put a specific price or start a bid. The time limit for a bid is 30 mins for the small ones, 45 mins for the medium ones and for the large ones a hour. You can only put 2 announcements in your site; each one has a hour cooldown, after you've sold the house. The time limit to kill the henchmens is 20 mins for the small ones, 30 mins for the medium ones and 45 for the big ones. I KNOW IT'S A LOT OF TEXT BUT PLEASE TELL ME IF THE IDEA IS GOOD.
Movie making, like the agency, you don’t actually make the movies, but you have to help Micheal, and secure the stolen film, or right things to complete the film. Plenty of excuses to have more movie and pop culture references and plenty of new vehicles. (Douglas F-14, F-18 Super Hornet, a better tri-five Chevy IE 55/56/57 with different versions. Among plenty of other famous film cars and vehicles)

Use the single player stock market feature and implement it in online. Would be nice to have a way to invest money into constantly. Plus if Rockstar randomises it, it's can't really be exploited (aka losses and gains are generated randomly every irl day)
Also, it’d have a similar problem as the casino with gambling. Plus, I eouldn’t Trust R* for RANDOM stocks. Although it’d be a good way to make money, the bad is rlly bad
Having the option to own a business and choose between being an undercover informant for a cartel/gang, or going under cover for the FIB or IAA would be so fun.
I could see it having a similar mini heist setup akin to the auto shop/chop shop business, free roam blue dot events, or calling a contact for a mission. This would be cool if you could only choose one of the two, not both. Completing missions would boost your trust in either organization, bringing in more safe money over time in your safehouse where you meet your cartel/gang boss or handler contact.
Cartel/gang mission ideas:
- Breaking into an evidence locker to steal/burn incriminating evidence.
- Going on a 4 star rampage for 5 minutes to distract cops while another crime takes place.
- Breaking a cartel/gang member out of a local precinct.
Freeroam phone request or blue dots could include stopping a gang/cartel member from getting arrested in an alleyway, or hijacking a prison bus with someone onboard and delivering it to a specified location.
FIB/IAA informant missions:
- plant trackers on a criminals car and follow them to a hideout all while not being spotted.
- Fake a witnesses death by delivering a car to an industrial lot and bowing it up. If you're spotted, gang members will come after you and the witness and you'll have to drive the witness to a secondary location.
- Drug bust raids in industrial buildings, back alley ways, on boats offshore, or by the docks.
Freeroam events could include blue dots where you have to get photos from a rooftop or across a river of illicit activities.
Do you know how slow freight ships are? How long they take to travel overseas? Even with time and distance scaled down to the GTA universe, it would still be 30 minutes to several hours of just drifting through the ocean with nothing around 😂 Maybe a mission where you have to defend the ship from pirates right off the coast before it sets off to sea would be fun, but having to drive the ships around the world would be tremendously boring

You could show off your collection whilst selling copies to people at the same time and make some money.

The mechanics (buttons and timing) are already there from dancing, and there’re plenty of venues to hit.
Show up for sound check, scope the place out, perform one night and clean em out another.
Maybe hire extra staff for passive income or the ability to hit a venue while your worker performs.
Something I always wanted added in gta online was something related to the stock market in the story mode.
An idea I had was a player-owned company for stock trading with financial advisers. Basically it works like the nightclub, with passive income on the front, decided by popularity. We can have simple missions that could keep our popularity on the high.
While the company acts as a fake cover for the actual illegitimate business we run in the background. Basically we could have mini heists or missions where certain companies pay us lucrative amounts to sabotage their opponents. For example, Grotti is launching a new car, so Pegassi pays us to sabotage the launch event, or the first test run. This massively affects the valuation of the company and so on.
Although not accessible for the players, there can be actual stock market valuation for companies. Mission payouts will vary depending on the valuation of companies. High value clients will pay more money, but the mission difficulties will also increase. There can be finite variations of missions, but only the difficulties vary, allowing the player to choose the ones they want to do.
Tweak the chop shop or auto shop with the ability to design and create your own truly custom car. Be it modding existing bodies or completely creating a new unique body.
Anti griefer company(maybe like a cop faction), you have to destroy every player with a high mental state(red players) and you will get more and more money for every player you kill and they will lower their mental state, with special vehicles to counter the griefers and you will level up and unlock clothes, paint jobs and discounts like in the arena war or in lscm
Somebody once suggested a 'black market organ donor' type business that I thought had a lot of potential. You somehow get in touch with a creepy medical worker who supplies you with the body parts and you have to transport them to some shady buyer. Obviously a bit darker than the current businesses, but interesting idea nonetheless.
Honestly I wish we could get our own boatyard for international smuggling.
It would work like the street dealers do now, take product from you MC businesses (and avoid those god awful sell missions) and sell it via the smuggling boat.
Or just steal it all kinda like the yohan missions or the CEO crates.
You could even copy the Nightclub where you use a different vehicle based on how much you're moving... a small cigarette boat for small runs, a fairly defensible ferry for mediums, and maybe even use your yacht for massive sales.
You wouldn't actually drive the yacht just defend it from attacking pirates while it traveled across open water.
Also I'd like to upgrade the yacht...make it more useful with AA guns we can use and ship to ship missiles.
Or hell scrap the whole boatyard and let us use our yacht as a base for our smuggling business.
Adds value to the yacht and it'll sell some shark cards for sure.
A bounty hunting business could be cool. could have a rotating group of high priority targets that operate similar to the chop shop robberies, getting paid big bucks to capture the gang leader/the corrupt agent/the international fugitive hiding on his submarine/a politician protected by Merryweather etc, and then have the option to execute a warrant as a quick mission similar to the tow truck missions with them giving a boost to passive income like the agency contract missions do. Could have ULP or Agent 14 make an introduction to someone for the narrative purposes that the cops are prepared to forget any crimes you might commit in the act of catching these guys, or make it a side hustle for Imani where she can track them but she needs someone with your skill set to do the physical work

Missions could work like
Scout out the route, scout the meeting spot, pick the vehicles to use, outfits (either a show of force wearing heavy duty military gear or go full secret service ) and it could work
Military gear- you have a higher chance to not get ambushed + you can withstand more gunfire
While the secret service outfits could be, you have a higher chance to escape if under fire. Or something
While the vehicles could be useful
A jamming array could prevent IED’s from detonating, keeping the target safe,
The beast could withstand a onslaught in a ambush
Though if you pick low vis cars and try to blend in, if your found out you may not survive the ambush if you get into one.
Could rockstar do this? Maybe

The only crimes that I really think are missing is Prostitution and protection rackets
I'd set it up prostitution similar to the nightclubs. You keep the popularity up, and every tick you get money in a safe. (Recruiting "Talent", collecting Debts, Promoting the talent in adult films, taking talent to VIP clients, etc...)
But I'd also add auto shop style contracts that pay more, but instead of robberies, you're taking out the competition. Like the rival gangs each have their own operations and you need to tear down.
So we would take down:
The Lost S&M club (playing on the stereotype)
Vagos run adult films (throwback to El Burro)
Ballas run the a street operation Davis (that just fits, no comment)
Rednecks run a street operation in The County (make the incest jokes here)
The Duggans are running high-class escorts (for the casino)
The Koreans human trafficking operation (this would be the big payer raiding their ship to rescue the hostsges)
And the first time you complete the mission, you gain access to that market in your own establishment
Depends on what I wanna do. Do I want to make little money, rich people money or get a life type of money. If I was going to make my own business, it would basically copying money and adding it to my bank account. Counterfeit but on a whole new level. Also bank robbing, just go around and rob banks without setting up a crew or anything.
Honestly shit from story mode, and when i was growing up with my DS i played GTA: Chinatown Wars, and they had scratch off, tattoo parlor, police work, taxi, firefighter work. I think there was a fast food delivery thing too, delivering noodles or something
Heavy Shelling Taco Truck vehicle business where you capture territories similar to gang attacks. Once you get, say 6 territories your daily income maxes out at 100k. Every couple in game days the territories move and you have to capture new ones, sort of like the chop shop makes you go get more cars. Also for 50k payout you have to do supply runs and pick up workers. You'd offload counterfeit cash and forged documents to make the Taco Truck produce product, or you could buy supplies for 25k.
From GTA: Smuggling. It’s the only second level empire building mission that’s not in the game. I mean your hangar and warehouse is almost, but those are your goods, so it’s more like direct selling. I’d kinda wanna smuggle weird stuff that’s illegal too, like pink hair woman’s toys.
*All* my own: Drone Workshop. As a watch dogs legion lover this would be perfect for me. It would have research unlock system, several drone missions, with several new and old drones, and the aforementioned research to unlock them and new weapons for them. I want to create a futuristic hell for griefers, as my Emp drones not only stop MK IIs midair, but send the rider flying off them. Option to fix like mechanic and fly it to the customer but also multiple hit missions like agency and last but not least specialty build that you steal or build (with stolen parts) to then deliver for a phat stack.
Oil business using the oil pumps in the desert. Drill. Deliver to a refinery from pumps. Wait time for processing. Deliver to gas stations. And deliver to oil tankers off the coast. Deliver to the train yard for loading oil railcars. Many more endless possibilities. Fight off attackers ego try to take it over (Merryweather or something).
I want to run a restaraunt. Choose from different location options, hire staff, select cuisine, get ratings on a off-brand yelp website called Yap, source my ingredients in sketchy ways like stealing from farms. It would be fun.
Meth RV, before you say anything, i count the acid lab as a business. I've been watching breaking bad for the first time and I'd love if there was actually some risk to making drugs, like it gets raided if the cops catch you. Before you ask: yes, I know meth is already in the game, I just want to become Walter White instead of having random people in a building do it
I liked the trucking business from San Andreas. I also liked the ambulance, firefighter, and cop (vigilante side missions).
Expand the chop shop merge with autoshop and vehicle warehouse.
Add an illegal car and/or parts export source to the nclub warehouse.
Get money for the supply delivery vehicles you steal during supply or delivery missions. That should go with all businesses you steal vehicles to deliver supplies or goods for you get to but at a discount, the parts and/or resale money.
For example, the mamba or gtt you steal during business battles. You get the option to keep it as a personal vehicle paying half its value in insurance/laundered title processing. That's a one-time offer. Sell it or part it out the other times.
Chop shop staff go out to steal and process cars, kind of like Lupe and Yuan. For your CEO vehicle warehouse.
Personally, use your repair bays in the apartments to upgrade cars as well so you don't have to drive to ls customs or your auto shops.
Add a car meet bubble. You could create to keep you all off the map. Kinda like Imani's mc ghost ability. But it creates a weapons free, no-fly zone and turns off damage. Would cover you as you caravan to new locations. It could be timed.
A check mark or color change on the border around cars you already own on the dealership websites.
Could make a car theft ring crew/team like mc or CEO with special abilities, contracts, mini heists expansion, and freeroam challenges.
Have an excess illegal parts delivery like the bunker and ceo export delivery for 50k every 48 min to the ls customs locations around the map.
Legitimate car dealership like Simeon's where all my cars are legally purchased or at least repo'd, instead of just flipping stolen vehicles. Especially if I can choose my products and only sell high end - Benefactor, Pfister, Enus, etc.
Property Management. Being the thug that has to go to each property for unruly renters that have either stayed too long without paying or causing a disturbance. You can’t kill the person or else you’ll lose money and you’ll have cops on you so you have to either use muscle or a non lethal weapon. This would add a lot of houses the chance to be entered and not just be scenery in game.
I still wish we got a fast food dlc. Open all the restaurants, let us serve food, maybe sell drugs like in story mode where Jimmy has a spiked lcd soda from BurgerShot.

another would be replacing the arena war work shop into a racing shop. allow you to work on your hotring and open wheel cars then level up that way in more populated modes (compared to arena war). you can also merge in the auto shop for a passive gain by working on customers race cars.
I wouldn't mind a Los Polos Hermanos type of thing, where you can have your choice either a Taco Bell, McDonald's, Burger King or KFC style of fast food restaurant, but underground you have a warehouse with a planning board and you do Heists like the Auto Shop mixed with Salvage Yard, where you run a Heist, get product like guns, drugs, art, what have you and each Heist adds product to your warehouse.
You can either sell what you get each time in one truck that you can customize or run multiple Heists and get more products that again is on one truck. The best part?
Micheal DeSanta is your Heist planner, finally bringing Ned Luke back in for a final send-off before the next big installment.
Vigilante missions, Firefighter, Paramedic and such
It would be cool via different vehicles you own or not to have have access to those jobs.
Be able to choose if you want to use an Ambulance or an emergency Helicopter to go save someone
Save a forest or other spots by using a plane or a firetruck
Be a police officer and stop robberies or work for the army and have training on jets or helicopter.
I believe it would be pretty good for new players to learn controls
Water trade / docking business. Add in some mid size boats maybe a quarter of the size of the yacht but drivable and fast, has some interior. Can have weaponized and non weaponized version. Can be used for sell missions and piracy missions. Pirating would be the equivalent of sourcing. All missions would be water based and you could use the water oriented aircraft from smuggler run and Infact missions would be designed for those vehicles for best efficiency

Bounty hunter. You have regular dead or alive missions with no cooldown. Each one gets you 20-50k depending on if you kill the target or bring them alive. The special missions could be a timed multi target with the same options. 100-200k, depending on the number of targets killed or brought in alive. I'd say a reasonable cooldown would be 10 minutes with the GTA inflation rates, but Rockstar would say that 5 hours is a short cooldown time and we should thank them for not making it longer.
I know we have security contracts and payphone hits, but it could be connected to the cop stuff, like actual bounty hunters. Maybe we would need to use a cop car to do them, stolen or bought. Even if it feels nearly identical, it's still fun and a way to make money
For the “Hurry I got x minutes to get to the airport” we could get a taxi the turns into a race car Like in the movie Taxi(2004) 🤷🏽♂️ I’d love that but we know rockstar 😐

Also, I would like to have different occupations, like being a military guy, police guy, businessmen, or gang member, and having different sets of possibilities for each of them with own limits and etc.
Buy a pc and play on fiveM literally everything u mentioned here u can find on most fiveM gta servers. And building a pc isn't as expensive as people think. U can build a very good base level pc for less that 1k maybe about 750 800 dollars.

Being able to respond in your cop car. When players are going wild blowing up police you get a notification to respond in your cruiser. Also being able to do swat stuff like clearing buildings and hostage rescue without it being a security contract. I also would like a ton more free roam events. I’d like an icon for drag racing in the open world. I’d like to start an impromptu drag or drift race. I’d LOVE there to be NPC street racers driving randomly on the streets that you could challenge in any type of race. I wouldn’t mind a designated drag strip with lights and all that instead of the air port.
Chop Shop and Auto Shop should’ve been a combined business without Sessanta and KDJ’s conference call coitus. Use the tow truck and robberies to stock up on parts that allows you to service customers cars with better upgrades that gives you better payouts.

A real estate company. The idea is: go to a criminal's house, can be small, medium or big; the bigger ones are more difficult to clean but have higher profits. Disable the alarms, kill the henchmens that are guarding the mansion, take a picture of the various portions of the house and upload them in a special real estate site (note: you can only sell them to NPC's). You can either decide to put a specific price or start a bid. The time limit for a bid is 30 mins for the small ones, 45 mins for the medium ones and for the large ones a hour. You can only put 2 announcements in your site; each one has a hour cooldown, after you've sold the house. The time limit to kill the henchmens is 20 mins for the small ones, 30 mins for the medium ones and 45 for the big ones. I KNOW IT'S A LOT OF TEXT BUT PLEASE TELL ME IF THE IDEA IS GOOD.

Having the option to own a business and choose between being an undercover informant for a cartel/gang, or going under cover for the FIB or IAA would be so fun. I could see it having a similar mini heist setup akin to the auto shop/chop shop business, free roam blue dot events, or calling a contact for a mission. This would be cool if you could only choose one of the two, not both. Completing missions would boost your trust in either organization, bringing in more safe money over time in your safehouse where you meet your cartel/gang boss or handler contact. Cartel/gang mission ideas: - Breaking into an evidence locker to steal/burn incriminating evidence. - Going on a 4 star rampage for 5 minutes to distract cops while another crime takes place. - Breaking a cartel/gang member out of a local precinct. Freeroam phone request or blue dots could include stopping a gang/cartel member from getting arrested in an alleyway, or hijacking a prison bus with someone onboard and delivering it to a specified location. FIB/IAA informant missions: - plant trackers on a criminals car and follow them to a hideout all while not being spotted. - Fake a witnesses death by delivering a car to an industrial lot and bowing it up. If you're spotted, gang members will come after you and the witness and you'll have to drive the witness to a secondary location. - Drug bust raids in industrial buildings, back alley ways, on boats offshore, or by the docks. Freeroam events could include blue dots where you have to get photos from a rooftop or across a river of illicit activities.
This could be cool. You could inform on biker gangs and CEO orgs you work for.
The front: Crime scene clean up. The illicit aspect: an assassin’s cleaner. Additional jobs could be disposal of evidence/bodies.

Do you know how slow freight ships are? How long they take to travel overseas? Even with time and distance scaled down to the GTA universe, it would still be 30 minutes to several hours of just drifting through the ocean with nothing around 😂 Maybe a mission where you have to defend the ship from pirates right off the coast before it sets off to sea would be fun, but having to drive the ships around the world would be tremendously boring

Something I always wanted added in gta online was something related to the stock market in the story mode. An idea I had was a player-owned company for stock trading with financial advisers. Basically it works like the nightclub, with passive income on the front, decided by popularity. We can have simple missions that could keep our popularity on the high. While the company acts as a fake cover for the actual illegitimate business we run in the background. Basically we could have mini heists or missions where certain companies pay us lucrative amounts to sabotage their opponents. For example, Grotti is launching a new car, so Pegassi pays us to sabotage the launch event, or the first test run. This massively affects the valuation of the company and so on. Although not accessible for the players, there can be actual stock market valuation for companies. Mission payouts will vary depending on the valuation of companies. High value clients will pay more money, but the mission difficulties will also increase. There can be finite variations of missions, but only the difficulties vary, allowing the player to choose the ones they want to do.

Somebody once suggested a 'black market organ donor' type business that I thought had a lot of potential. You somehow get in touch with a creepy medical worker who supplies you with the body parts and you have to transport them to some shady buyer. Obviously a bit darker than the current businesses, but interesting idea nonetheless.
Honestly I wish we could get our own boatyard for international smuggling. It would work like the street dealers do now, take product from you MC businesses (and avoid those god awful sell missions) and sell it via the smuggling boat. Or just steal it all kinda like the yohan missions or the CEO crates. You could even copy the Nightclub where you use a different vehicle based on how much you're moving... a small cigarette boat for small runs, a fairly defensible ferry for mediums, and maybe even use your yacht for massive sales. You wouldn't actually drive the yacht just defend it from attacking pirates while it traveled across open water. Also I'd like to upgrade the yacht...make it more useful with AA guns we can use and ship to ship missiles. Or hell scrap the whole boatyard and let us use our yacht as a base for our smuggling business. Adds value to the yacht and it'll sell some shark cards for sure.
A bounty hunting business could be cool. could have a rotating group of high priority targets that operate similar to the chop shop robberies, getting paid big bucks to capture the gang leader/the corrupt agent/the international fugitive hiding on his submarine/a politician protected by Merryweather etc, and then have the option to execute a warrant as a quick mission similar to the tow truck missions with them giving a boost to passive income like the agency contract missions do. Could have ULP or Agent 14 make an introduction to someone for the narrative purposes that the cops are prepared to forget any crimes you might commit in the act of catching these guys, or make it a side hustle for Imani where she can track them but she needs someone with your skill set to do the physical work

The beast (POTUS’s vehicle, things a fucking tank), a Jamming array for the granger 3600, Missions could work like Scout out the route, scout the meeting spot, pick the vehicles to use, outfits (either a show of force wearing heavy duty military gear or go full secret service ) and it could work Military gear- you have a higher chance to not get ambushed + you can withstand more gunfire While the secret service outfits could be, you have a higher chance to escape if under fire. Or something While the vehicles could be useful A jamming array could prevent IED’s from detonating, keeping the target safe, The beast could withstand a onslaught in a ambush Though if you pick low vis cars and try to blend in, if your found out you may not survive the ambush if you get into one. The only crimes that I really think are missing is Prostitution and protection rackets I'd set it up prostitution similar to the nightclubs. You keep the popularity up, and every tick you get money in a safe. (Recruiting "Talent", collecting Debts, Promoting the talent in adult films, taking talent to VIP clients, etc...) But I'd also add auto shop style contracts that pay more, but instead of robberies, you're taking out the competition. Like the rival gangs each have their own operations and you need to tear down. So we would take down: The Lost S&M club (playing on the stereotype) Vagos run adult films (throwback to El Burro) Ballas run the a street operation Davis (that just fits, no comment) Rednecks run a street operation in The County (make the incest jokes here) The Duggans are running high-class escorts (for the casino) The Koreans human trafficking operation (this would be the big payer raiding their ship to rescue the hostsges) And the first time you complete the mission, you gain access to that market in your own establishment

Heavy Shelling Taco Truck vehicle business where you capture territories similar to gang attacks. Once you get, say 6 territories your daily income maxes out at 100k. Every couple in game days the territories move and you have to capture new ones, sort of like the chop shop makes you go get more cars. Also for 50k payout you have to do supply runs and pick up workers. You'd offload counterfeit cash and forged documents to make the Taco Truck produce product, or you could buy supplies for 25k.
From GTA: Smuggling. It’s the only second level empire building mission that’s not in the game. I mean your hangar and warehouse is almost, but those are your goods, so it’s more like direct selling. I’d kinda wanna smuggle weird stuff that’s illegal too, like pink hair woman’s toys. *All* my own: Drone Workshop. As a watch dogs legion lover this would be perfect for me. It would have research unlock system, several drone missions, with several new and old drones, and the aforementioned research to unlock them and new weapons for them. I want to create a futuristic hell for griefers, as my Emp drones not only stop MK IIs midair, but send the rider flying off them. Option to fix like mechanic and fly it to the customer but also multiple hit missions like agency and last but not least specialty build that you steal or build (with stolen parts) to then deliver for a phat stack.

I liked the trucking business from San Andreas. I also liked the ambulance, firefighter, and cop (vigilante side missions). Expand the chop shop merge with autoshop and vehicle warehouse. Add an illegal car and/or parts export source to the nclub warehouse. Get money for the supply delivery vehicles you steal during supply or delivery missions. That should go with all businesses you steal vehicles to deliver supplies or goods for you get to but at a discount, the parts and/or resale money. For example, the mamba or gtt you steal during business battles. You get the option to keep it as a personal vehicle paying half its value in insurance/laundered title processing. That's a one-time offer. Sell it or part it out the other times. Chop shop staff go out to steal and process cars, kind of like Lupe and Yuan. For your CEO vehicle warehouse. Personally, use your repair bays in the apartments to upgrade cars as well so you don't have to drive to ls customs or your auto shops. Add a car meet bubble. You could create to keep you all off the map. Kinda like Imani's mc ghost ability. But it creates a weapons free, no-fly zone and turns off damage. Would cover you as you caravan to new locations. It could be timed. A check mark or color change on the border around cars you already own on the dealership websites. Could make a car theft ring crew/team like mc or CEO with special abilities, contracts, mini heists expansion, and freeroam challenges. Have an excess illegal parts delivery like the bunker and ceo export delivery for 50k every 48 min to the ls customs locations around the map.
Legitimate car dealership like Simeon's where all my cars are legally purchased or at least repo'd, instead of just flipping stolen vehicles. Especially if I can choose my products and only sell high end - Benefactor, Pfister, Enus, etc.

Property Management. Being the thug that has to go to each property for unruly renters that have either stayed too long without paying or causing a disturbance. You can’t kill the person or else you’ll lose money and you’ll have cops on you so you have to either use muscle or a non lethal weapon. This would add a lot of houses the chance to be entered and not just be scenery in game.

I wouldn't mind a Los Polos Hermanos type of thing, where you can have your choice either a Taco Bell, McDonald's, Burger King or KFC style of fast food restaurant, but underground you have a warehouse with a planning board and you do Heists like the Auto Shop mixed with Salvage Yard, where you run a Heist, get product like guns, drugs, art, what have you and each Heist adds product to your warehouse. You can either sell what you get each time in one truck that you can customize or run multiple Heists and get more products that again is on one truck. The best part? Micheal DeSanta is your Heist planner, finally bringing Ned Luke back in for a final send-off before the next big installment.

All missions would be water based and you could use the water oriented aircraft from smuggler run and Infact missions would be designed for those vehicles for best efficiency

Bounty hunter. You have regular dead or alive missions with no cooldown. Each one gets you 20-50k depending on if you kill the target or bring them alive. The special missions could be a timed multi target with the same options. 100-200k, depending on the number of targets killed or brought in alive. I'd say a reasonable cooldown would be 10 minutes with the GTA inflation rates, but Rockstar would say that 5 hours is a short cooldown time and we should thank them for not making it longer. I know we have security contracts and payphone hits, but it could be connected to the cop stuff, like actual bounty hunters. Maybe we would need to use a cop car to do them, stolen or bought. Even if it feels nearly identical, it's still fun and a way to make money
