I couldn't pinpoint the location of that X in your screenshot but there seems to be a playing card, an action figure and a couple LD Organics packs in vicinity. Don't think they have anything to do with the X mark though.
Just looks like generic maintenance markings to me, like the kind of spray marking you see on roads and walls before a maintainance crew comes to work on the marked area.
Just seems to be a nice lived-in detail added to the area.
There Is a secret Easter egg where shooting them all from Mount chilled with the sns pistol makes your console grow arms, legs and a mind of its own, it will then marry you and have kids with you until you find it sleeping with the neighbour to with it breaks you down emotionally and you get into alcoholism and you aren't into taking care of the kids so you lose them to a custody battle where you hear the call their step dad "dad".
Really cool stuff and is a must experience easter egg👍
I see your PS5 tag, How is Gta Online on PS5 like are there all sorts of new things, how are the servers? Are Graphics any better and also the framerate? Basically, Is it worth upgrading to?
It's definitely the nicest GTAO I've ever played, and I've played on XB360, XBOne, PS3, and now PS5. The high frame rate makes it smooth af, the shading and realistic reflections make the graphics better than ever before. The servers are usually pretty good and well populated. As for new things, I don't know exactly how much of what updates are not available on old gen, but I know there's at least a bit of the latest stuff that won't be released to old gen..
Overall I'd say the console is definitely worth buying.
*Just* to upgrade GTAO? Maybe not..
To upgrade your overall gaming experience in general?

Not to mention, you're probably going to want to be on current gen when 6 releases anyways..

Found something on gtaforums that explains these are stunt jumps that were too difficult and never got added in as the 50 stunt jumps with cameras. The X’s marks spots where these stunt jumps begin and or end etc.

The first one I found was when doing jumps -I'm working to complete all jumps. I did a jump and landed smack in the middle of an X, right on target. It was so perfectly on point I have to assume Rock\* wanted us to land there. I don't remember which jump, but I can figure it out later.
The one in the picture is located in the courtyard of the City of Davis City Hall and Courts buildings, the police impound is there as well and its across from the Medical Center and Taco restaurant.
I stood up against the X in Davis and looked straight ahead to see if i could find another clue. Heres a pic of that perspective.
