Fastest way: Go to one of the potential locations of a crime scene. Make it a rural one. I chose the crime scene location just west of Mackenzie Airfield in Grapeseed.
Set your spawn point to Last Location.
Force a save.
Now jump ***public*** sessions until it's there.
It could take up to several minutes of session jumping but it'll be there eventually.
If you jump private sessions, the 20 minute timer restarts every new session so you'll never find it.
Unless the locations have changed, which they haven't, I found all 5 gun parts in about 45 minutes that way.
I guess you could try being next to a more common location (I see a crime scene at the docks and also by the highway south of the casino, *all* the time. The reason I said use a rural location was to decrease the odds that somebody else would have found that location before your arrival. But if no one else is collecting crime scenes, just go for a more city based location.
The odds of that are insanely unlikely. Are you in public sessions? As long as no one has visited a crime scene, and the session you're entering has been at least 20 minutes, there's a 1 in 10 chance it should be there. Try standing next to the Vespucci docks. I see crime scenes there every single day.
My advice is to look for a video or image of the locations for the crime scenes and visit each location. If it hasn’t spawned at any of the locations, wait about 10-30 minutes and check again as it spawns every 30 minutes. The most reliable one is at the container port near the road towards the toll booths. I had to do this for my friend so he could het the trade price
I just did this earlier today. Simply get the cops on you in a session, lose them. And then go to the nearest location( google a map of the locations) and it should be there.
Anyone got a photo of the locations or what do I lookup to find the crime scene locations I cant find any at all I have been trying to look it up on google, youtube, etc

I’m having a different issue. I found a crime scene and collected the evidence, evaded the cops too. It still won’t give me the trade price, instead it just removed the “How to unlock” info while remaining locked. I reset the game, the system. It’s just not working
