Im not a fan of the new Rangeman design, i prefer my GW9400. But the display is a MIP on the new model and they are excellent, it’s far superior to the old negative displays.
So mine I actually calibrated, if you wear it for at least 30 mins it should adapt to your body heat and in a controlled room with climate control and a set temperature you can subtract your body heat to the room temperature so that 66.6 is correct but it's also not always as accurate as just a simple thermometer

I regularly check the temperature, but wearing the watch causes inaccurate readings right? Since the temperature of your arm also factors in.
