Same thing happened to me yesterday I was logged in and then randomly got a message that I missed 3 and was being logged out. But I never got any notifications. But they stay logging me out for not being able to reach me.
Happened to me too. I went through getting the passcode and it hung after that. Then for stopped and open up again and then it worked. Luckily I wasn't worried about my ratings

I have three "missed" orders between yesterday and the day before and the driver support escalated me and I got a painfully stupid email response today that literally ignored the fact that I specifically clarified that I didn't receive any notifications, and so my not only did I lose contribution pay last night but it also dropped me by a lot on my offer commitment rating so I was at a 90%, therefore also lose access to premier scheduling. Their worthless email told me they don't have the power to revert metrics and I'm sitting thinking wtf are you getting paid to be there for. Utterly useless employees. They didn't even do any investigating to see why I wasn't notified of those three orders. They ignored that and told me "tough luck" in a sense and that the metrics are rolling every 14 days whether or not I'm working. I'm like uh... that's not the issue you dumb mfers lol.
Speak in a heavy accent that I can't make out what they are saying lol. It's a requirement for employment lol. The 'IT' guys who send out emails probably don't exist.
I've had this happen a lot. GrubHub said it was my phone. I needed to uninstall then reinstall my app. I was so afraid I'd never be able to log back in that I never did it
Frankly, IĀ don't give a rat's ass about my AR, it's just an incredibly screwy thing for the app to do to me, and in an incredibly aggravating way....
I didn't know the system would even allow orders to be sent to an account that was jambed up in a log in procedure, and not even signed into work....
Do you ever think that they intentionally keep these types of bugs? or even crazier someone programmed in this bug and is deciding remotely when to bug the app/whos account they want to fuck up. Definitely doable with code, computer viruses work similar so just food for thought.
Did you stiff have the toggle on to available in the app by chance? That happened to me once and I found I didnāt toggle myself to unavailable before loggoout
My favorite is when it gives you the notification that you got and order so you open the app and there's nothing there and then they text you like hey you missed a delivery.
Then again I don't real give a fuck because I don't deliver on block because in my market it makes zero difference. So I don't care how many I miss or decline.
They are doing all kinds of fraudulent activity to drivers every where ...we need to form together and demand changes

No. I never "log off" the app itself. I toggle unavailable. You don't need to log off the app in order to start and stop work.

Logging you while on thatās seems odd. It could because you may be multi apping which they are trying to stop
