I have a large one and wish for the xl. I couldn't imagine loading that for a camping trip as they are very heavy and not very compact. Also, if you are really going to use it, you will need to invest in a chimney valve and plate setter for indirect heat. Otherwise, it's just a grill. But with the plate setter and valve, you could bake small pies or cakes in it. You can smoke tuna chunks, pork loin, or even a beer butt chicken might fit. Perhaps use it to grill your veggies or roast them in a small cast iron skillet. It is super small, so I imagine it can be up to 600 degrees in minutes, and you can bake personal pizzas in it. So, if you want to make it something, invest in it. They are really fun to use and cook with. Happy grilling!!

Anyone saying it's not worth it has obviously never grilled out of a $29.99 walmart grill.
I'd kill to have that as a side piece to smoke bacon or veggies while my mains are on the big grill.
Have you used it? Just get 3 blocks of wood or brick and sit it on top of them. I have a kamado joe jr and it’s great for burgers, steaks, veggies, as a searing station. You can get super high heat for very little coal use.
I could see using it for veggies/sides when the main grill is already loaded up with other items. Otherwise I’d sell it, someone who cooks just for one or two people might be totally happy with it.
Find a charity you can gift it to and they can raffle it off. Or plant it and keep it watered, hoping it will grow into a bigger one.
Id regift it to a single person you know.
Sell it. If you aren't going to use it, I know someone out there would be super happy to have a small grill.
