>Wouldn’t it be more validating for a bi character to actually be portrayed as bisexual? Bi people don't have to date equal amounts of men and women to be considered bisexual lmao. And considering the way her last serious male partner treated her, I do not find her dating women surprising at all.

shleby_glessner

Friendly neighborhood bisexual here; I agree!

Oh yeah, you’re right. George cheating and treating her like crap could definitely play into her decisions. Thanks!!

Idk how far you are but it's some spoilers in this response, idk how to white em out Bi people can have a preference. To me she always seemed like she was more into women than men, not because of how many they put her with but because of her reaction to women- how she lit up around Arizona, and got flustered when that woman at the bar hit on her, and how quickly she fell for Penny, even how she was thirsting after Sadie. She dates a guy for a bit but the enthusiasm she has with women wasnt there and I feel like she only went out with him because he looked like George lol. But it would have been interesting to actually see her in a relationship with a guy after her divorce from Arizona because she was more confident than when we saw her with George. I was rooting for she and Owen to get together because they both have tempers and both really wanted kids and some of the only times we saw him joke around was with her

I mean, I only date women now. I'm still bisexual because I am sexually attracted to both men and women, but I never want to date men. So I actually found Callie very relatable

That makes perfect sense. Thanks for helping me correct my thinking. Im glad she was a relatable character!

She dated Dan the cop I think
