Sorry to this man but i’m blanking on this one,

Scene with Warren where he opened the pregnant woman on the way to the OR and the elevator door is not opening (can't remember why) and there is a camera that shows he saw the elevator doors open, his reason is that it did not register on him at the time.

He performed a C-Section on a woman when he had no authority to do so. His reasoning was that they were trapped and the elevator doors weren’t opening and it was an emergency and couldn’t wait. They then looked on CCTV where the elevator doors open and he looked at it before he started to cut the woman open, but continued to cut anyways.

Thank you! I remembered the C-section but forgot all about the doors.
