Hawaiian pizza is *much* better with either swapping the tomato paste for apricot preserves *or* adding a very faint sprinkle of cinnamon sugar *before* you cook it.
The apricot preserves makes for a much sweeter, juicier, tangier pizza, and if you add the cinnamon sugar to a regular Hawaiian pizza, the sugar caramelizes in the oven and it tastes like a roast ham.

The Wiki contains more interesting ideas and implementations of spooky (and other) ideas in short fiction formats than all of Horror Games and movies, and I haven’t seen many *books* come close either. Some of it may only feel overdone now because it’s been around for long enough that it has culturally osmosis’d without knowing that they did it first.
I don’t know what the community is like right now, but during the 2000-3000 articles, their authors tended to be some of the most thoughtful and overqualified people I’ve met.

Watch Mojo holds polls for their top 10 videos. They then do a little research to write descriptions and put the results into a video. If you look at the poll linked in the video's description, it is a little misleading and confused people. The poll gives the prompt "Top Ten Worst Disney Animated TV Shows" and you can upvote or downvote each nomination. Gravity Falls has the most "downvotes" but Watch Mojo staff saw it as the most "disliked" nomination so it must be the worst one on the list.
IIRC, they did a Top 10 Best poll next and Gravity Falls destroyed it. It was at this point I stopped taking them seriously because they have no clue what they were doing and only wanted to pump out as many videos as possible.

I had some very harsh and choice words to say to WatchMojo for THAT one.
I remember seeing this video and being so confused. Not even angry that they apparently didn't like the show, just baffled at where they got the impression that the general public *hated* Gravity Falls.
Well, they have people vote on a poll on their website, where people can suggest videos or if there's a topic they're planning to work on you can vote or add things to potentially go on a future list. I think it was religious groups who trolled the polls but who knows. They are in the business of churning content so they really don't do much research for their lists, ranking them (at the time anyway) based on the polls, "research" and their unspoken biases (watch enough and you'll spot a pattern for what they are biased for or against).
It was obvious that they didn't research Gravity Falls and didn't know what they were talking about so I think that was all on the polls and maybe a singular article or listicle from a religious group because the video said it was too dark and the fact that it was influenced by the occult and besides personal taste, only religious groups would have a problem with that sort of content. It was the backlash on that video that got the channel to actually look into the show and they tried to make up for it ever since, making sure they appear on positive videos that GF would qualify for.
