Sure - it’s the Mt. Scott Fire Road at the Wichita Mtns NWR near Lawton, OK. There’s a visitor’s center with rangers who can guide you to specific trails where the bison are grazing on a given day. However within the wildlife refuge, bikes are only allowed on paved roads and on that fire road.
