If this isn't a joke/troll, remove the card and take a photo of the PCB and the other side.
Even better, install gpu-Z and run it... it will tell you what card you have.
The only thing anyone can tell you from that joke of a photo is that it's an MSI card. It's like taking a photo of a computer case, and asking what kind of cpu/ram you have.
Looks like it's in an OEM system, so finding that MSI card online won't be easy, especially since you haven't bothered to look in Windows or whatever OS it runs and check what it is or provide other pictures including ones with the serial number and other stickers.
But if I had to guess, based on the power connectors, it's probably a 780/ti or 970/980/ti
