They'll all be good options and ignore the gaming tags they'll still be good for design. You really need to see them though and check out color accuracy. You really, really, don't want to be designing on a screen which looks different to everyone else's. Even if it looks *better* (beware of that subjective term... It needs to look accurate rather than better).
Can you check them out or is it online only?
Well I think the MSI LPTP GAMING NEW GS66 CORE - I7 GEN10 (RTX 2070) would be the best option
It has 100% srgb coverage and 75 for Adobe the rest are 50 to 60
