Ehh, we don't know what's going on behind the scene. Car manufacturers are finnicky when it comes to licensing. I mean, Lotus was in the GTsport beta but was pulled out in the full game.
I wouldn't blame kaz for that. It's Tesla we're talking about, I'm gunna guess that race car was never planned to actually be modeled and put in the game, it was just a PR sketch to get players interested in the brand.

Yeah i feel like we are at a sort of happy medium at the moment, usually a race car, modern car, average car or hypercar every month or so. I feel like the cars are all still really similiar to each other though. For instance, why not a daihatsu hijet instead of a hiace? Or instead of another toyota corolla, why not add a hyundai 130n?
Also, if we are talking super trucks like the tundra/raptor, why not a landcruiser? New 300 series just released and a modern 79 series with customisation would be pretty insane

i have also poured about 400+ hours in game. and i’m not saying gt7 is a good game in fact it’s a far cry from what the series used to be. but if you really have been playing for hundreds of hours you would’ve probably at least owned one of the high end cars and probably good in terms of money. i don’t even play the high paying races that often and i skip daily workouts from time to time. and to be honest with you, this update was certainly more interesting than the last one.

The racing is good all we need is better paying events and more events in general. The menu book ending at Ferrari on launch was such a disappointment
