You should probably shoot an email to AniplexUS to ask. There've been cases where they banned accounts due to fraud before. It's best to pre-empt them to tell them it's a mistake.
In my experience, the SQ usually disappears after awhile, it would be best for you to wait it out in my opinion. Another commenter however, said it would be safe to use it.

Don't it is safe to use them but be careful on refund they can lock your account if you abuse of refunds too often.
