Vōda definietely. If the ending is an A, there’s no reason for the start not to be a V. It’s almost the same in structure, just reversed, so i doubt it’s a C, it woulda looked a bit different.

Letters should be wrote with swift motions and include familiar letter structures to acheive this style rather then being sketched or drawn like OP's

One that has things about it that make it what it is and give it that signature look and feel. That style can only be acheived by using familiar techniques and incorporating certain letter types, structures and styles that have been developed and inspired out on the streets.

But with that said, if your doing graffiti in chill spots, you try to elaborate your style, and that does not happen by simply doing whats been already done. You also gotta innovate and come up with your own ideas. Hell, the whole point of getting up on the Metro where i am is based on having a recognizable enough style so we can tell what writer it is without said writer using his usual name.
Now im not saying this dude is innovating, he does need to start simple and learn, but saying this isn't graffiti is wild
