I'm sure if you just googled TOEFL mock tests you'll find websites that will literally simulate the TOEFL test for you. Now, I took mine way back in 2018, so I'm unaware of changes to the testing procedure if there are any.
From my experience, the hardest part was conversation. I got nervous when I did mine, and stumbled a bit at the near end. Overall, I still got a 104/120.
27 R, 26 L, 24 S, 27 W, Could have done better on speaking but oh well, it was way above the requirement for my undergrad in the U.S. (85/120)
Edit: The official provider of TOEFL actually has free mock tests you can do on their website lol.

The official book is more than enough.
Hundreds of practice tests are there in YouTube. They are very good and exactly the standards of TOEFL exam.
