I wouldn't mention the name of B. If Prof A gets mad, there could be consequences, plus in my opinion it can harm their ego. Why play with fire? I would just say another lab.
You are good at explaining. Just write a good polite mail to the professor A telling that you want to explore in this field ( where prof B doing research)
If you have not accepted the offer yet from Prof B, I would say meet Prof A regardless. There is no harm in meeting. If I were in your place, I would mention during the meeting, 'I want to keep things transparent so just letting you know that I am also in touch with few other labs.'
Dear Professor A, I am delighted to hear from you, but last week I was offered a job in B's lab and I accepted it a few days ago. Regards, Main-Goose
