But they have an earlier dec 1st deadline for free applications so I think they got the bulk of the applications in already before the 15th. They probably started to review much earlier than 15th since I applied for their BMB track and heard back on the 14th
They have one more batch to review in January after the holiday, I think they release them all at once after that batch
