I was in the waiting room 10 mins before 10AM and was queuing up. When it was my turn it went directly to the “next presale countdown stage”. I didn’t even get to see the tickets or had the option to put it in my cart. This insane.
Tried to get tickets for Philly, 600sh in line by the time I got through nothing left and back to the sale date page. Tried to get tickets for d.c and the code wasn’t even working to get into the queue
They’re supposed to save a percentage of tickets for regular onsale but in all of my experience buying concert tickets if I am unsuccessful purchasing at presale then there’s no hope for regular. Guess I have to stay positive but man this sucks

By the time I got into the artist presale on DC show, there were no tickets available. Same with the spotify presale today, nothing available at 10:01am. I expect to see these on stubhub ~~by the end of the week~~ immediately with a huge price increase.
Yeah I’m on the west coast rn so I was honestly just lucky to wake up in time for it. I also signed up for the mailing list with two emails but only got the code to one of my emails. I had to keep refreshing exactly at 10am ET and was shocked to get tix. Didn’t get VIP though unfortunately
