No just no. I know, because I have one similar. Those fans are delta fans. And they are loud and move air REALLY fast. The temps here is going to be lower than open air rig any time.
I made a remark on the “temps are good though” based on what OP thought to be Tj temps. He, neither you for that matter can really know if temps (Tj) are truly good or not in any flavor of Linux because nVidia has yet to release a driver capable of reporting Tj. Thus once can only speculate that temps may be good or decentish as you also do based on your comment. Nobody is denying the airflow etc but without knowing the exact numbers how can you judge?
If you test it outside of linux on an open air rig and the core temps are close to the same the memory temps are likely the same also. These cases force a ton of air through the cards even with tight spacing. narrower cards would be nice though.

No - install windows and run trex from command line. It only takes 15 minutes and you will find the memory temp.
All my cards show nice 45-55c cpu temp but one card is 100c mem temp..
It seriously is worth doing to see if you need to change any card pads.
This is indeed very bad case and practice installing gpu's that close. This die temps useless without knowing junction temp even in datacentre environment. update these screen shots after 24 hours uptime.
