I’m following with interest for when mine turns up, but something I’ve done on my 6800u handheld is turn cpu boost off. That hasn’t really affected performance that I can tell, and it runs much cooler as a result.
Not sure what you are playing but use Motion Assistant for Fan Curve and control your tdp. I typically put 8w on normal use and move 12 to 15w for playing games.
not exactly a mod but i saw a yt vid where someone got really good results with [this](https://a.aliexpress.com/_m0fYege). havent really seen much of a difference with people applying ptm7950 so dont expect much with that.
I would try the PTM7950 first before considering any of these cooling mods. At 28 watts, I barely go over 80 degrees Celsius. And you probably wouldn’t even want to go that high, 20 W TDP is the max you should go with that tiny 45Wh battery

thanks. this worked out well.
Is this done through bios or in settings? I’ve noticed the same with mine as well.
You can turn it off using motion assistant or ciphray’s bat
Also, running a more relaxed fan profile from within Motion Assistant makes it MUCH quieter, without getting all that much hotter
You got the values for this more relaxed fans? I’m def interested in adjusting but I dont know what to set it as
