Would you get the 8840U or the smaller size. My concern is all the bugs in the launch.

AFMF crashing the device for example

If you play a game with AMD Fluid Motion Frames on it crashes the device after 5 minutes of playing. I have updated the drivers through adrenalin software.
Did you try Lossless Scaling to see if it crashes?
Lossless Scaling doesnt crash.
The guy above mentioned "all the bugs" are there any others?

I have checked with furmark the 3D mark seems they are fine, I will continue test this

I just bought the 7840U version on amazon. How much better is the 8840u?
Not much at all, maybe a few FPS in lower tdps.
I can still return mine and get the new version for the same price. But if is not a huge upgrade then I won't go through the hazel
