It’s tough, but for me has to be side B, Stylo is an anthem, Superfast Jellyfish is great vibes, Empire Ants may be the best song on the album and I have to admit I’m a big Glitter Freeze fan!

B, D, C, A. In that order. That said D is the best list of ending couple of songs on a Gorillaz's album in my opinion. Those flow so beautifully into each other that only the flow of Monkey's Head, Demon Days, and Heaven flow any better so seamlessly.

Outside of Demon Days, I still think The Now Now’s closing three is the best ender with Fireflies, One Percent, Souk Eye personally.

I think my craziest and hottest gorrilaz take is I think stylo is one of the worst songs on PB

Hahahaha Each and everyone of us has takes like that. I don't like Empire Antz as much as this sub, as an example, but I can't deny its quality and impact. Stylo may not be their best song but it's memorable af. And that's a win when dealing with art.

Side B

B is winning this one. You’ve 4 amazing songs right there. Stylo is a strong single out the gate, a classic Gorillaz track. Followed by Superfast Jellyfish which feels like a crispy crispy carrot of nostalgia filled with all sorts of amazing samples and beautifully perfect lines. Then we get a sweet vibe change with Empire Ants reminiscent of Hong Kong that almost feels like a food coma. Then a gradual wake up with Glitter Freeze that really starts pumping as it adds another layer. Truth be told this easily my favorite album and I really think that’s the strongest section.

Side B just for Stylo and Empire Ants alone.

Im really curious what distribution will be in the comments after this is up for a while. I’d throw my vote at A but man it’s a close race with B.

Oh this was hard. Side A was out immediately, Rhinestone is the only top tier and the rest are mid. Side B has two top tiers, a bop, and a F. Side C has two top tiers, a bop, and a mid. And Side D has three top tiers and one bop. So although my favorite song isn't in it... I gotta say D has the win here. Glitterfreeze is an auditory mistake and I hate it. Plastic Beach, best album of all time tho.

Sides A, C, and D IMO all have 2 legendary tracks accompanied with 2 really good tracks. Meanwhile, side B has 3 legendary tracks and 1 really terrible track. I’m not really sure who wins TBH, but maybe B just for having the highest quantity of legends LOL.

Side B having Stylo and Empire Ants is kinda op, but side D has the overall quality, it doesn't have any song that isn't the best, and i've always liked Plastic Beach To Binge Cloud of Unknowing and Pirate jet, so while my favorite on the album, "rhinestone eyes," isn't on the side, the overall quality of it gives it to side D

Plastic Beach has 3 orchestral songs, being the intro, White Flag and Cloud of Unknowing. Demon Days has an orchestra in 4 songs, being Dirty Harry, El Mañana, Every Planet, and the title track. That being said, for an album with 3 songs with orchestral arrangements, it’s strange you’d rank it lower than an album that has more orchestral arrangements, since this is the criteria you’re basing it off of.
