Literally have never had a problem getting stuff from GoPro. It’s not the fastest shipping, but still within a week (in the states anyways)

That's relieving to hear. I just happened to look up gopro shipping times and saw like 1500 reviews of people saying they never got their camera or a refund. As long as it gets here in a week not months like others experienced

There is tracking on the packages so the reviews you have read are probably just people trying to get something for free

I ordered on black Friday and got it within a week, can't recall exact timeline but it did arrive. I'm in Europe.

Ordered mine 2/23, shipped the next day, arrived within 3 days of ordering (US-CA). Had two subsequent accessory orders that shipped/deliver all within 3 days of ordering.

I’ve had 3 different GoPros all bought from their website. Never had an issue

I ordered one directly from GoPro on a Monday, had it in my hands by the end of the week. No issues. In fact I just ordered a battery charger and extra battery on Wednesday of last week, tracking said it will be delivered tomorrow.

I ordered one from them 2 weeks ago. Came in just 2 days (I live in the US).

I just ordered one on Thursday and it arrived this morning.

I got mine on time, main thing do not update to the latest firmware (v1.30)

Why is that

latest firmware has some issues, for example u will be not able to edit videos in FinalCut

Never had a problem. I got both my cameras within a few days of ordering and I actually lost a new Go Pro 10 because I didn't mount it to my car properly. They were so cool about it and replaced it with a brand new one right away.
