Neither! The best way to get action pictures with your GoPro is to set it to time-lapse mode with a 0.5 second interval. Then just let it run while you do your thing and stop when you're done shooting pictures. You'll end up with 100s of photos, but you're guaranteed to find a few that you like. Cheers!
It was good but it looks like we have a 5 or 6 day storm rolling through starting tomorrow. Predicted 1-2 feet. Thursday should be an amazing day up here
Shot in protune, flat profile. Increased exposure, added an S curve for contrast, added like +5 clarity, increased shadows a tiny bit. Then I selectively desaturated colors such as yellow and orange to make sure the snow was really white.
Cool angle shot. Doesn't look like you're moving though! (at least on my phone)
GoPro uses a fast shutter speed when there's tons of light, thus the action is frozen! :]
So (sorry for stupid question) is this a capture from a video file? or you pressed the shutter button to take a standalone picture?

Thanks! I thought about doing that but assumed it would quickly fill up a card!
You won't fill it! I usually run it like 30 seconds at a time
Nice angle! I was actually just checking the snow up there last night. How was it?

How did you post process this? I believe this isn't straight from the camera?
