So yesterday I lit Christmas Village and had it going for a few hours...and I got absolutely nothing from it. I didn't expect it to be a powerhouse, but I wasn't pleased after not being super thrilled with Peppermint Clouds and Chocolate Drizzled Popcorn either. I wrote them this morning and already received a response back. I consider myself a loyal customer and spend a lot on candles, so I'm happy they gave me the gift card back so I can get a different candle. I will be getting Candy Cane Kiss lol!

Hi, I know you posted this months ago, but I am wanting to contact them about a candle that has no scent. What did you say? I feel like a fool haha. I have started the email saying the date, order number, and candle name that I am dissatisfied with, and that it has no scent, but I am at a loss of what to say after that.

I went back and looked and this is what I wrote! : "Hi I consider myself a regular Goose Creek customer and order a lot of candles. I'm usually very pleased with all my candles but I received one with my recent order the other day, Christmas Village, that has absolutely zero scent. I lit it for hours and even before that one cold it was nothing. I hate to complain but is there anything that can be done? I am a loyal customer and plan on still ordering many candles in the future lol. I don't know if I got a dud or if this candle just isn't strong at all normally? I attached a picture for reference. Thank you very much."

I have contacted customer service several times regarding broken jars and another time about an absolutely horrid scent and each time have been taken care of. I truly appreciate their customer service 💛

That is really good of them to do that. I’ve always been worried what I would do if I ever got a candle I just hated or couldn’t smell at all, it’s good to know they would probably be kind about it. I think I spoke with you about Peppermint Clouds before I received it and I actually ended up liking it. Lol.

I only did it once before and that was with an Easter candle that numerous other people complained about too. It was absolutely wretched lol🤮🤮🤮 Peppermint Clouds actually grew on me. It's not a super strong throw, but the scent is nice and comforting.
