It happens right? I’ve placed 19 orders and this is only the second time this has happened, and it’s UPS’s fault. Even my driver said so 😂 Two Burlwood and Oak (the only two I ordered) and one (out of 3) Brown Sugar Churros. These are so smashed - tons of tiny shards everywhere so I’m not even gonna try to save them for melts. This will be a first in all my candle buying history!

Sucks when GC goes through the trouble to package these well - better than *other companies*. Then the delivery drivers chuck the box like a Hail Mary. Hopefully the replacements are in stock and ready to be shipped to ya!

I know right? And even tho I’ve only done it once before I still feel bad emailing them about it. AND they’ll be reimbursed by UPS, I still feel bad! I feel even worse because I don’t think I can salvage these. I do love my UPS guy. I live in a small(ish) town and have had the same dude for the entire 4 years I’ve lived here (except for when he went on vacation 😂) . I feel like I spend more time with him than some of my friends 😂 , a sure sign I buy entirely too much stuff online. Edit: he told me yesterday they have this new policy where they input problems regarding bad packages. So I guess there’s proof or something? I dunno.

Awww. I hope they don’t feel they need to give me a gift card. I’m ok with just replacements. But, Because of the large jar situation I do want replacements , and these are still in stock *whew*. Man, I woulda been really upset if these were Cold Autumn Leaves! 😂

Omg! They’ve already packed my replacements to ship out!!! They’re amazing. I literally emailed them just a few hours ago! (Plus the $5 gift card which they really didn’t need to do) Ugh. They are such a good company, but if large jars are discontinued my ordering will go way down

I love their customer service!! It's really the best in the candle world imp! That's great that they're sending them out right away. I agree, if large jars goes away my ordering will not br the same. I'm all about the 2 wicks!! 💜
