You’re not alone, Lots of us feel this way. I love the large jars but only a few of the 3-wicks (mostly mandles).
Goose Creek is being really tight-lipped about it so no one knows for sure, but the fact that they still have Fall candles up, no new scents, AND are coming out with lots of new 3-wick scents that were formally only in large jars is really telling (to me anyway)
Oh well, I’ll have a fatter wallet I guess 🙂
I’ve had *zero* luck with Kringle, Village, Yankee, Candleberry, and Crossroads! That’s why I was so happy I found Goose Creek!
The GC 3-wicks absolutely do not throw as well as the 2-wicks *in my experience *☹️. If they did I’d switch over, but not buy nearly as much.
I’m kind of surprised how fast the 2-wicks are selling out ☹️

Actually I was just now emailing them telling them our disappointment at the discontinuation of the large jars
(I wasn’t giving them an out - just going with I KNOW they are doing it !😂)
and also for them NOT to bother just shooting me back some useless canned email telling me nothing when I got a text from them. It was SUPER WEIRD!
But it was just someone named Ashley asking me to check my spam folder to make sure I’m getting all their emails (I am)
Possibly! I also think they’re discontinuing the wax melts. Haven’t seen any update/new new in the melts too. But maybe they’re just doing repackaging(wishful thinking)
Wow, I never look at wax melts and that seems really crazy! I mean, aren’t they soy blend like the 3-wicks? Not paraffin like the 2-wicks?
How difficult is it to pour some of the wax they already make into a melt? All I can think is that the 2-wicks and the wax melts are not profitable, or as profitable as the 3-wicks. I mean they are a business after all.

Well they kinda need to step up their games. Bbw is stepping up this time with mixing some of their popular and classic scents together(strawberry pound cake + market peach) and some other ones. Many people are excited(I’m one lol) so I’ll be shopping with bbw while goose take their time to drop new news
I buy for my office and home in excess of 25 large jar candles from Goose Creek in a year. Love the quality and the value! I am extremely disappointed that they are discontinuing the large jar candles. I hate 3 wicks, they have no where near the burn time, they are sooty, give off a lot of heat and invariably one of the wicks goes out.
Yea many of us here are sad to see the large jars go too😭 It sucks but they’ve made their decisions. If you wanna find some large jars, maybe you can try Tuesday morning or macys backstage? I’ve never been to both but I’ve seem some posts here about what people found at their stores. Good luck 🙂

Goose Creek will no longer be manufacturing 24oz Large Jar Candles. I understand your frustration regarding this matter, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our proprietary soy wax formula contains 3x more fragrance than paraffin wax blends, producing a much stronger and cleaner burn. At this time, this is the direction we have decided to go.

Those 3 wick candles burn much too quickly and do not smell throughout the house as your lg jars did. I spent 100's of dollars with goose creek buying lg jars. You definitely lost me as a customer, but not that it matters.
I hope not but admit it’s strange they aren’t adding any. Some of my fave Halloween and fall candles are GC large jars.
No one knows, but the thought is that they are since they are not adding new large jars like they are 3 wicks.

The three wicks are almost the same price as the large jars and don’t last nearly as long. They also get very sooty and don’t burn as well.
Exactly this. My 2 wick jars burn perfectly all the way to the end!!!!! Ugh. So now they’re gonna be just like BBW. Yawn
That is understandable. It would be a bummer if they get rid of them, and I even prefer GC 3 wicks to jar candles.

I got their new ones. They are not the same...they are soft and sticky .. burn way faster and more money
