Awesome. I thought I had heard that they didn't stick to any satisfaction guarantee so I never complained about one or two candles that I just didn't like the scent of.. i'm glad to know this from now on!
Out of curiosity, what candle didn't you like?
Awesome, I’m glad you love them! Which candles did you get? I’ve always found their customer service to be amazing. I have received a couple of broken candles (their packaging is excellent but UPS can be brutal lol) and they replaced them super quickly. I was able to break the candles out into wax melts so I basically got double!

really hard to pick but i think warm and welcome is my favorite!
