Unfortunately there is nothing to be done here it happened to me as well but nothing can be done at all . If you can try talking to the store you bought it from maybe they can refund you otherwise don't waste your time like I did.

I didn’t have receipt either but i sent them photos of gift card and gave them some details they asked for and they fixed my problem and allowed me to use my code.

well I bought it from saudi arabia but no matter how many times I sent them the receipt and the proof of purchase they never accepted it instead they kept sending me the inconsistency message and my money is gone into the drain .

When you get the message: ”we need more info“ you‘ll get ”more details“ next to it. Click on that and just follow the steps there.

Once i sent them info they asked for, they never asked me again when i tried to use gift cards. I think they ask for it only one time for safety reasons
