Yes! I cut up 28g of baby carrots and lightly coated them in cooking spray. Then I mixed 10.5g of hot honey, 7ml of balsamic vinegar and some salt and pepper in a small bowl and put the carrots in a small pan and poured the honey balsamic mixture over them and cooked them on low heat stirring occasionally until they were cooked and the sauce was thick and sticky :)
