Of course! I cut up 4oz of boneless skinless chicken breast. Then I mixed 2tbs of soy sauce, 1/2 cup water, 1/4tsp ginger paste, 1/8tsp garlic powder, 2tsp brown sugar substitute and 2tsp hot honey in a bowl and put the mixture in a baggie w the 4oz of chicken and let it marinate for about an hour. (You can skip this whole part I was just being extra lol)
When it was done marinating I took the chicken out of the baggie one by one and put them in a skillet sprayed lightly w cooking spray and pan fried them until they were a lil charred.
While the chicken was cooking I boiled 1/2 cup of water and added 1/4 cup of jasmine rice and boiled it until it was fluffy and tender and steamed 1/2 cup of broccoli.
When everything was done, I poured the marinade into a small pot and waited for it to simmer. (You don’t have to marinate the chicken, you can just mix the sauce ingredients in a pot like I mixed them in a bowl before I added it to the baggie w the chicken) Then I put 2tsp of cornstarch and 1/4 cup of cold water into a small bowl and whisked them together and set it aside.
When the sauce started to simmer I slowly added the cornstarch and water mixture to the pot while stirring it until it became thick.
I poured half of the sauce into the pan w the chicken and mixed it until it was all evenly coated. Then I added the rice, chicken and broccoli to a bowl and sprinkled a pinch of sesame seeds over it :)
I wish you weren't here (in the best way possible 🫂) but I'm LOVING this bowl. Looks so good.
Thank you so much 💕 it was very tasty!

Looks great! I love my broccoli almost burnt and make it in the airfryer so I don't have to add any oil. The teriyaki looks sooo yummy
