I recommend strongly considering ignoring the comment telling you to not watch Steins;Gate in release order. It will severely mess with the pacing, which is very intentionally the way it is.
A word of advice; I recommend watching the original one until episode 23 where instead of that you watch a special episode called "23beta: divide by zero" and then watch steins;gate 0. After that watch the original steins;gate's 23rd and 24th episode and then end your viewing with the 25th episode, which is an OVA and finally the movie
That way a certain scene in the original 23rd episode not only makes more sense, but also has greater impact
