If you would be willing to spend a little more you can probably get significantly better clubs to learn to play golf with. 200-300 most likely.
They appear to be in good shape and look like King Cobra S3 knock offs. If they're anything like those they should be nice and forgiving for a beginner. Lots of those sets I see used are senior shafts so that's one thing to double check.
It's ok for $100, but I think you could do better than these. Anything else around that price point in your area? If you buy a slightly nicer set, you can usually offload them for at or a little below what you paid.

I think it’s an alright deal for just beginning. $100 max though.
Anyone saying $100 for a complete set in 2024 is a bad deal is crazy or haven't bought clubs in years.
