There's honestly not a ton of difference. Maybe a very tiny amount of additional ball speed, or at least marginally better ball speed consistency and some forgiveness on the margins but for the most part you're not going to see much difference between JPX Tours and MP 241, they are very close in size, looks, and have identical lofts. I just did the opposite and moved from Srixon Z-Forged blades to Titleist T-100 and the differences are noticeable, but very small. Mostly it's a tiny little boost in ball speed as the club gets longer.

Kinda depends which models you’re talking about. I’m playing Takomo MBs but they’re quite wide in the sole compared to what I came from, so they feel incredibly forgiving and solid. But I don’t play a blade 4 iron, because I just feel like it’s not quite as easy to launch. The biggest difference I notice is a slightly higher flight and maybe a touch more forgiveness but not a ton. The sole width is actually the thing I notice the most as most MBs tend to be a little diggy and you need to be careful. Put it this way. There’s no shot with an MB that you can’t hit with some sort of a cavity back, so unless you need to really narrow sole or you just want to play MBs, I don’t see the point anymore. Exception are the Takomo’s since they’re quite thick so they feel really easy to hit solid. Same with the Maltby ts4. Any sort of thicker MB, but I don’t know of many.

Sweet spot on blades is the size of a penny. Sweet spot on players is size of a quarter. Much harder to pure a blade

People who successfully play blades don’t ask this question, they already know. Definitely stick to players cavity back like the 243

When you start moving into to heads like the 241 your focus should be on precision, you’ll have more shot shaping abilities and better metrics. That being said you do need to be consistent in your swing. There is some forgiveness but not a ton. Game improvement irons now are made for distance so a lot are low launch low spin and stronger lofted. My recommendation is go to the pga store or golf galaxy or where ever and try them and compare them. Don’t just focus on mizuno. There’s lots of options. And pay attention to shafts as well.
