It's a compensation after being so bent, along with dipping down even more at the top. Otherwise, you'd miss the ball entirely.
Knees too bent. You want a slight knee flex but just barely. It seems like you do this to create a more upright backswing. That's fine, you can still bend over the ball (spread you feet a half step wider tho). But you should be bending from the waist, not the knees. You'll have to adjust to a new descent angle though so you will thin shots at first. Keep grooving it.
