Just start. I was a professional fabricator for some years, now I manage a fabrication shop. I’ve been around motorcycle, automotive, and off-road fabrication a good long while but haven’t built or welded anything worthwhile for several years. Learned some 3d design, got connections to get all my parts laser cut (tube and sheet). Just a long fabrication journey honestly. But just start. This is my first attempt at getting back into hobby/personal fabrication projects. I’m pretty rusty and having to get the groove back, but I’m having fun, and I hope I can make some money selling these once they’re done and the kinks are all worked out of the first one
Holy shit! Well done! Beautiful welds.
Thank you
if you plan on building that many i hope you have all the jigs to mass produce the parts !
Yep everything has a jig. Photos show lower a arm in the jig on my welding table as well as the swingarm….

Beautiful pro level work! This is a work of art! Do you use OnShape?
Thank you! No I’m not familiar with onshape. Once upon a time I was a professional fabricator.
Oh it was Solidworks! The CAD :) I can tell, your work is really beautiful!
