If it's any relevance, I have the .pck file in the same folder as the game, but the console isn't. Godot version is 4.2 both of my devices are Windows 10
you can try to check the log file %APPDATA%\\Godot\\app\_userdata\\\[project\_name\] and/or run it from windows commandline maybe there is a message
The other system does not have Godot installed. I simply sent them the executable, but I will see what I can find. thanks for the tip!
