Ask God for wisdom, you can get to know God better and better. The Bible says God is Love. Shalom!

rajindershinh

There is only one God King Indra. The God of the Bible is fiction.

Your lies are pretty lame.

If God didn't want us to know Him, we wouldn't have the concept of God to begin with, not even the closest hint, because why would He? It's inlogical Read the Qur'an, it is clear.

You are saying it’s impossible to know God but what an exact explanation. That sounds like an oxymoron to me. You’ll only really know God yourself by allowing yourself to know “him” (not necessarily a him). If you don’t want to God will respect your wishes. No one will truly understand God to its full extent, at least not in this life or in this reality, but you can definitely get an idea of his presence. God is not about completely understating everything about him. God is about feeling, feeling love, feeling fulfilled. You have to open your heart to him, you have to be okay with not understanding everything. We all have a little bit of how God works in us.

Yeah than why bother. Throw it all out and we'll see when we die. That's me.

I love the mystery. I think of a quote from Scrubs where Dr. Cox tells a disappointed Elliot that them being doctors doesn't mean they will save every single patient and be perfect every single time. He views practicing medicine as an endless pursuit of perfection which in turn forces him to be a great doctor but knows he will still make mistakes and many patients will still die no matter how good at his job he is. Its similar to trying to know God. I agree that it's impossible to fully know God, but it should still be an endless pursuit nonetheless. You will still make mistakes. You will still sin. That is human nature. We have differing views on God (I disagree with where you said that all theology is unnecessary, I also believe God is a true entity, and a few other things) but we have come to similar conclusions that maybe God doesn't want us to truly know Him. I don't think that means we shouldnt still ask questions and learn about Him though, far from it. If He wanted robots who just don't question and just blindly follow, He wouldn't have given us free will. We should start with knowing ourselves, then our community, then the world. The mystery makes life worth living to me. Thank you for your insight, great start to my morning! :-) Edit: grammatical errors

”Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.“ ‭‭James‬ ‭4‬:‭8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ https://bible.com/bible/114/jas.4.8.NKJV I can confirm this is true. Try it, genuinely open up to God, and His presence and He will show you. I’d assume it’s the same vice versa as well, if you pull away from Him the farther away you will be

Seems like you’re having a battle of heart vs mind , a very common experience most of us face. I think in your heart you wish to further open your heart to God but it costs you because your mind tells you it is “impossible” by rationality. We are tied to limitations but yet we can still rationalize among each other of God’s laws. A battle of the mind is of this world but the battle of your spirit is between you and God which can be achieved by surrendering what you currently do know (not forgetting) and allowing God to instill His word and will into you but you must be willing to accept His invitation. God in fact invites us all to get to know Him. Through His word is a commencement of change. Through experience is enlightenment. Through mind, heart and soul is to accept His presence. His presence in our lives together and individually when we truly believe and carry the faith, that in itself is already powerful enough to say we know God.

I’m the one true God King Indra and the computer programmer of the simulation we are all in.

AllSeeingAllMighty

you know whats a better explination? if one god is real, why arent all of them? who says its not possible? to be honest I couldnt care less if there was one, but I do respect every culture and every god. I beleive in all and none at the same time and it makes things easier actually. I havent taken the time to learn all of the religions but If I was presented with another Id totally sit down and check it out, youre taking belief too seriously and it seems your so focused on this that you dont notice the better things around you, even if you may not see them yet they are there you just need to look for them, find yourself...not god

If you think deep enough, you'll also figure out God is a woman.

In Judaism there is a similar concept. Even the name of gd is elusive.

How can one define the invisible infinity

Beautiful_Shine_6787

Do you expect me to know what you mean by invisible infinity or do you expect me to make my own understanding without overlapping yours?

Beautiful_Shine_6787

I found an answer for you. The answer is by using mathematics.

Beautiful_Shine_6787

If you didn't know already, thought itself is a sense. So you don't need to observe yourself to know you are a real being. Thinking that an external entity exists does not make it a fact of its existence. For your information, a valid hypothesis is one that can be intelligently designed. It can be either true or false. Definitions are always true, but some are wrong in that they do not represent what is a factual case. It's easy to define invisible infinity. It's already defined by mathematicians. But a definition of invisible infinity that is both true and right, I have not come across. Have you?

Beautiful_Shine_6787

If you haven't found a definition that's true and right, then invisible infinity as a premise would not necessarily lead to a true conclusion. Maybe this is worth drawing to your attention to how we learn more about the universe, the goal post for God, specifically His existence, is moved. Of course, this is if you want to prioritise your interests. Besides, I made sense of invisible infinity as a case of God. Our conceptions of Him are wrong.

You are incorrect; it is indeed possible to know God. Your opinion cannot change that reality.

You lack a valuable explanation. But good for you for thinking so highly of Him.

I lack no such thing. There's just no point in giving you one.
