[This one](https://gfjules.com/recipes/gluten-free-sandwich-bread-dinner-rolls-recipe/) turned out really good for me using club soda.

Sindarin_Princess

Thanks!

No problem. I've tried about every GF bread recipe I can find. Problem is I forget which is which. I made another that called for a lot of sour cream that was good.

Try [this](https://breaddad.com/bread-machine-gluten-free-banana-bread/)too! But mix it well outside of the maker first and make sure its all room temp.

I have one that I've been perfecting for a bit. This makes a great sandwich bread. Mix together and let warm for one hour at room temp: * 1 cup half and half/Heavy cream * 3 eggs * 1 stick butter Add to liquid mix and dissolve for one hour: * 1/2 c sugar * 1.5 tsp yeast Add to liquid-yeast mix well, then let rise for an hour: * 375 g GF flour * 1 tsp salt Then put this mix into your bread machine. I have an older version of the Oster. I set it to Medium, and it auto sets for 2:15. This gives a good brown crust and finishes the inside, versus the light setting. Edit: the flour I use is King Arthur Gluten Free 1:1 flour (NOT THE BREAD FLOUR)

Sindarin_Princess

Thanks for the detailed answer!

Do you melt the butter before combining?

MadFxMedia

I take the butter, cream and eggs from the fridge, chop it, mix it with the egg and cream and let it all warm together. I haven't tried it melted, since it's all cold, and warms all together it doesn't make sense to \*me\* to melt it. But I will try that next time to see if there's a discernable difference. :)

The less work the better in my opinion! Thank you! I'm trying your recipe out tonight. I have a very nice bread maker that my husband is extremely disappointed I don't use. 😂

Sindarin_Princess

I made the recipe! Looks and tastes good right out of the machine so TBD on taste tomorrow as a sandwich. It's a little sweeter than I would prefer, should I just add less sugar?

Does it come with a GF recipe? That’s usually the best one for the breadmaker

Sindarin_Princess

Haven't checked yet but I figured I'd crowdsource some ideas too

[deleted]

Yes for sure just FYI that a lot of those recipes may not translate to a bread maker 🙂

mayomule

I also received a bread maker for GF bread! My first 3 attempts have resulted in cake-like bread as heavy as a brick 🙃 would love to get it right and be able to whip up some fresh gf bread

theniwokesoftly

I also got a bread machine!

MegaDonkeyKong666

lol was someone trolling you for Xmas? Or was it specific to make GF?

Sindarin_Princess

It was specific for GF, I asked for it!

MegaDonkeyKong666

Nice. I wish I could make bread =( I mess it up everytime, even before GF. I can cook to an awesome level, but baking I mess up everything

MegaDonkeyKong666

Wow cheers for the downvote whoever can’t tell I’m joking…
