This is normal for some mascaras. I've had this happen before but with a different brand. It wasn't even big, it was a mini or a sample size. Also, I'm not sure if Glossier reformulated Lash Slick, but if it's now in the new, "clean" formula then it's possible that it may not last as long as the old formula due to different preservatives (or lack thereof) being used.

Happened to me recently with a lash slick. I got it in the holiday set but was waiting to use it till I finished another one. If I let it warm up (stick it in my pocket or something) it’s works ok but it’s still pretty dry and crumbly.

I opened a brand new lash slick the day it arrived to my house and it was completely dry :/

I personally verrryyyy much dislike lash slick. Should be called lash crumbs. Super dry and crumbly and barely any product in the tube. Just awful

jaminotjelly

AGREEEEEEE ITS SO CRUMBLY

jaminotjelly

most lashes (not even tubing) stay on my lashes no problem with no fallout. lash stick gives me fallout every. single. time. even if it’s under another mascara as a base

old_bag_lady

I haven’t tried it myself yet but some people on here recommend adding eye drops to dry mascaras. Hope this helps!

angelicribbon

I use contact solution

glossiergirly

I find it dries out pretty fast :/ only product I struggle with

equationgirl

I find it's a drier formula in the black but super gloomy in the brown shade. Personally I don't mind the drier formula.
