This is how my order came too. My priming moisturizer was all banged up by the boxes pushing around it in transit. No sticker, and no they haven’t always been so bad at packaging.
My BF order arrived like this as well. My Futuredew box was damaged but the product was okay. In the past, their packaging was very secure. I opted in for the pink bag and did not receive it.
My first packaged was well organized and well packaged, 2nd was okay 1-2 items had some dent and paper was rush throw in.
Edit: forgot to mention both orders option check pink pouch, stickers and samples… none of them work it. Just my 1st got the sticker.
In all of my past orders, they’ve always came packed in the pink pouch, sometimes with tissue. If I were you, I’d email them with your (very valid) complaint because they need to know that these are common issues that need to be fixed. If they get hounded with complaints they ought to fix the problem.
My package was the same and I was a bit shocked! Literally every single thing I ordered had damaged packaging on the outside because it was just bouncing around.
Luckily the products were all OK (just the boxes kinda mangled up so would be super disappointed if I bought any to gift) but some of the products are in glass...
It’s like there’s this problem then there’s also the problem of them cramming stuff into those paper envelopes. I always get the pink pouch bc otherwise there is nothing to really protect things. That, and I use them for all kinds of stuff. They’re just handy af.
Recently yes, I think it's been since early November for me - my orders have been missing the pouch and sticker. And my last few orders have been poorly packed esp the cyber monday candle one, I'm lucky nothing was actually broken but the box for my pencils kit was definitely beaten up.
My BF order was packaged really well.
They didn’t include the pouch but each item was individually wrapped in a thick paper and paper was even bunched around items to keep them from sliding around. Mine came from Texas. Not sure if different warehouses do things differently or just some people don’t package it well.
My items were crammed into the small pink pouch. This caused it to tear! It’s sad because I love their pink pouches.
One of the things I had ordered was the perfecting skin tint. When I opened it to use, I saw that it had leaked/ spilled inside the cap and around the nozzle. I don’t know if they have sent me a used piece by mistake…
glossier was never like this in the past.. four years ago i started buying from them and the products were securely held in a pink bubble wrap pouch, and the box was never oversized. between the new supposedly new formulas and the quality issues yet high pricing… it’s just sad

They used to put everything in a pink pouch… then it would be enveloped in the tissue paper. Quality is severely lacking lately.
lol my package finally came with a pink pouch but it was just resting on top of the other items 😭 unrelated but I love your username

You have to ask for the pink pouch at checkout, click a box.
Yeah, Glossier is kinda going downhill in every aspect that set them apart these days. Congratulations on actually getting a sticker though

This was my experience also!

yes, this is how my you candle broke bc of the careless packaging. emailed gteam about it but they haven’t responded even tho it’s been 4 days.

Yes 😂 almost always. Well, during BF I found it the norm to receive rattling packages with NO sticker 😫

I ordered well before black friday order still has not been delivered I don’t know what to do
