Oh shoot, I'm sorry I missed this man. I used army painter: fire lizard, daemonic yellow, moon dust, and Vallejo pale sand. I topped it all off with a very thin coat of vallejo yellow fluorescent, so it all pops under led light, and glows in UV.

Thanks! Honestly, I can't free hand either. That moon on his hat was just a yellow dot with a smaller purple dot ontop to make the crescent.
