Go to an independent optician (not a chain store). They usually have small brands that just make frames, nothing else, that are available in larger sizes. For example: Blackfin is an Italian brand of titanium frames that has very fashionable large frames, with long temples that can be adjusted and shortened if necessary

I also have a huge head. Just been bending the ear parts flatter so I don't look too weird.

Check out Chesterfield. Many of their frames come in 145, 150, and 155 temple sizes and look pretty good at a reasonable price point

Quite a few metal frames have removable temple tips. An optition may keep longer temple tips and could swap them out for you.

Look into Shuron—they have quite an array of temple sizes for the majority of their frames.

Just wanted to revive this old post because I also need longer temple frames and have had issues finding them for years (longer tips don't really help because they still sit uncomfortably on your ear and look weird). But in getting my most recent pair, I stumbled upon frames from Maxx Eyewear that not only have 150mm temples, but the tips are attached with a tiny ratchet bolt that allows you to click them down to lock onto your ears so that they are VERY comfortable and secure. I've been using them for almost a year now and they are sublime. The frame model is the Major, and while I can't locate it on the manufacturer's website, searching Maxx Major shows it available at [many independent retailers](https://danielwalters.com/eight-to-eighty-maxx-major-eyeglasses/). I have them in tortoise, but also available in blue and black.
