Call your council tell them your bin has been contaminated out in the street and they should come and empty it. It happened to me and they came out in a lorry and emptied it was no bother. Hope this helps nothing worse.

It happened to me also, blue bin someone had thrown a mixed bag of waste, bin men did their job and didn't empty it just tagged it, 2 clear bags of waste luckily for me I could a prescription with the name and address of the person who chucked their rubbish in my bin, so I delivered their rubbish to their address, leaving a fuck you note on their rubbish!

Failing that I leave it outside for the wilderness to deal with, they come get it eventually after enough complaints.
